I called Eric to install two circulation pumps. When he arrived for the install, one pump was shipped in error. After installing the 1st pump, I asked Eric to return for the 2nd install. After repeated calls and emails, he never responded. Very poor service and response. I would not recommend JW Plumbing.

Eric always is so helpful and gives honest feedback. Such a good price, as well! Hiring a plumber can be hard and usually comes in a time of emergency, we've hired Eric 3 times now and he's always been able to fit us in right away. Could not recommend enough!

I was having terrible knocking in my irrigation system that no plumber could really diagnose. Then water started gushing out of a pipe by the water pressure and plumbing system on the side of my house. Eric at JW plumbing knew what it was right away. It was our indoor water sprinkler system pressure relief valve malfunctioning! He showed me how clogged up it had become after 20 years. He repaired everything perfectly. I am so happy with him!

The owner of this business does not have any customer relations or interpersonal skills. After coming to my home for a service call, something got broken during his work, which we did not realize until several months later. We called and asked him to come back and fix it. He would not accept responsibility nor give us the courtesy of what would have been a quick visit. With so many other professionals who DO know how to keep their customers, I would NOT recommend this company.

With so many plumbing businesses to choose from go elsewhere as this guy overcharges and then threatens the Tenants and also threatens to place a lien on the property. We made a substantial partial payment within 2 weeks of service and he is badmouthing us. Absolutely no way to treat customers. We are talking a $500 bill that he is going crazy over. From the only other review posted the guy is mental.
