The company J. W. LaFrenier Sons began in the 1930s. The company was created by my grandfather, father, and two uncles. In 1988, Len and Lynn LaFrenier took over the family business.

We engage in training as new technologies arise in the on-site sector to ensure we meet today’s building regulations.
Since high school, Len has been involved with J. W. LaFrenier Sons. While studying at UW Marathon and UW Madison, he spent summers and weekends working for the family business.
When not working, Len loves scuba diving, hiking, taking photos, and exploring astronomy.
