The company J. W. LaFrenier Sons began in the 1930s. The business was initiated by my grandpa, dad, and two uncles. In 1988, Len and Lynn LaFrenier took over the family business.

We engage in training as new technologies arise in the on-site sector to ensure we meet today’s building regulations.
Len joined J. W. LaFrenier Sons during his high school years. During his time at UW Marathon and UW Madison, he dedicated his summers and weekends to the family business.
In his free time, Len engages in scuba diving, hiking, photography, and studying the stars.
