Non Responsive - Will not return your phone call - Added extra time without prior approval .... Watch out here ... Received a diagnosis of what MAY be wrong with my water heater, got a bill and never heard from them again ... Called 1/2 dozen times or so and they will not call you back .. Not a good business model .... Very timely sending you the bill ....

Shane Johnson came out to my home to give me a quote installing my water heater, water softner, and some other plumbing needs. He discovered some other problems during his inspection and pointed them out to me, and explained fully why there was a problem. Had two other plumbing companies that came out, and they missed those problems. Shane would not give me a quote on the spot, but said he would email it to me within a couple of days. Received it the next day. Of the three quotes his was in the middle, with full explainations of what the work entail. Chris came out and took care of the water heater and the house water filter. Did a great job. He came back three months later to finish the rest of the proposal. Again a great job. Helpful advice on the water softener. More than pleased with JVS quote, and work. Extremely Honest company. The lady at their office was also very helpful. Great Job Shane and JVS! If I need more work, I will be call you!
