Called for him to assist my tenant who was having plumbing issues. He came out the next day and immediately assed the problem and fixed it as much as he could. He informed me that in the process of snaking the drain he pulled up roots which means there's a bigger problem. He informed me that the tree in the yard has caused the pipe to burst and will need it replaced.

I hired JVL to repair my toilet. I was advised by James it needed the flush valve replaced. He replaced the flush valve but the toilet continued to run. I paid $130.00 but had to have another company come out to do the proper repair. When I contacted JVL and spoke with James, he advised me that I needed to purchase another part. He said, he fixes things by a process of elimination while charging for each guess. When I said, so what you told me needed to be fixed wasn't the problem. He said nothing. Please don't waste your time on this company!
