We hired Jose because our toilet bowl was leaking, and he ended up replacing a few worn seals and our broken valve. He was quick, efficient, and thoughtful - and a really good price ($225 for all time & materials, including the new valve and cord and seals). This is the second time we have called him and we plan to use him for all plumbing issues going forward.

Most folks wanted to come in and take an initial look in person, but JV was able to diagnose the leak and come up with a quote through text. I appreciated that.

On the day of repair, we found out that the repair didn't require anyone to drill a hole into the wall, so the fix ended up being easier than originally intended. We got a slight discount because of it, and while the final price ended up being pricey for the short time that it took to repair, it was a lot cheaper than what other plumbers were quoting.

We discovered a leak in our pressure reducer valve over the weekend, and we wanted to get the repair started quickly since we were not sure how emergent our situation was. We had one of the big name plumbers come out to take a look and they quoted us an exorbitant amount for just a replacement of the PRV itself.

We declined and proceeded to seek more bids. That's where JV plumbing came in! I found him via Yelp's recommendation and contacted him right away. He responded within the hour asking me to send pictures of everything along with other details. Jose will communicate with you beforehand to diagnose situations and figure out what the issue is without the ridiculous fees that other places charge. Right away, I knew I found our forever plumber.

Jose is knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and extremely thorough. We ended up going with his recommendation to replace a couple other things in addition to the PRV, which in the end saved us from a horrendous, worst case scenario that would have happened had we gone with any other plumber. And the best part? He did it for LESS than what all the other places quoted us!

Our potential nightmare situation was resolved within a day thanks to how flexible Jose is with scheduling. Unsurprisingly he is very busy, but he truly goes above and beyond to help customers and to make sure the work he does prevents issues down the line to save you money and time. Finding a trustworthy, honest plumber is not an easy feat, but we feel so grateful we found JV plumbing!

Looking at the spectacular feedback of this particular plumber / Company. It was a no-brainer they were going to be the first call I made.

Jose personally took the call while he was on another job underneath someone's sink fixing some thing spoke to me for a few minutes and I briefed him on the problem and a few hours later he arrived at my home with a fully stocked service truck with his son with him to assist and fixed the leaky pipe.
