Heat Wave !!! AC stops working ! You dread the call and it will be a week before anyone gets to you. NOPE not this company. Called left message on answering service. Return call - Jake will be there within the hour. I was shocked and I have never been so thankful or appreciative. Jake was on time, efficient and had the system running in 30 min.
Checked everything out and we were good. This wasn't our 1st time using them and I guarantee it won't be our last !! Well done !!

I have utilized JV Mechanical for numerous home improvements over the last 15 plus years and two homes to include a complete conversion to natural gas for heating and hot water through the Mass Saves Program. They always do quality work and are the most reliable contractors I have ever worked with. They are easy to get a hold of, even after hours. They show up when promised, are great problem solvers when needed, and highly professional. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Relatively new customer (few months) and have used for a few projects involving both a remodel and unrelated complete 2nd floor re-piping of copper to plastic. Company is extremely professional, prompt and efficient; scheduling was easy and office interactions, when needed, were perfect. Covid protocols were in-place. The technician (Nick) was totally efficient, courteous and exhibited effective problem-solving skills when needed for an extensive re-piping project over 2 floors, open walls, ceiling, etc. This was consistent over a few visit and jobs. In this time of half-wit fly-by-night handymen, unreturned phone calls and excuses for poor performance blamed on Covid, its refreshing to find an efficient, competent, dependable business and contractor who you have confidence in, you're not afraid to have in your home and one you can rely on to do the job right the first time.

Pleasant and very professional technician. He came to fix our propane heater, though he did tell us what we knew, that the propane heater is old, he didn't try to sell us any new equipment, he fixed what was needed to get it started and cleaned it. Thank you again!

They improperly installed a stove in my mother's house and the gas was leaking all day till when we got home from work and went over and saw her and we could smell it she was kind of sick and nauseous we should have took her to the emergency room but anyways when we called them back they were very nasty and didn't want to take any responsibility for it thank God my mother's not a smoker

We woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat or hot water and within a few hours JV Mechanical had everything up and running! Vic and his team were very professional, fast with replies, and fairly priced. They were knowledgeable on our old house's steam heat system and were more than willing to help us improve the system, rather than pressure us to upgrade to a newer heating system as other companies have done.

We will need to replace our boiler soon and we plan to continue using JV Mechanical for our heating needs! Very happy with our experience and highly recommend!

We purchased a compressor two years ago.
Product is extremely great and we received what we expected.

But once it came time to serves our compressor we got screw for every item parts and repair we received. Maybe that's why they can it a screw type compressor.

Very good company. Responsive. Requested info on a furnace on a Sunday and within 2 hours Vic responded and we had a plan in motion. The contractors did a great job installing my furnace. Also had them put in a split duct system a couple of years ago and just recently had them come to service it for a cleaning and maintenance. The crew is knowledgeable, respectful, and leaves your home as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.
