They diagnosed the problem right away and they were able to fix it and get us back to having running water in our house right away! They were able to give us professional advice on what else needed to be done. We will definitely be using them again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dwayne and Chris were incredible. They came out to my home for an assessment right after I'd moved in, and they let my dad help from afar via email to setup some projects and upgrades around the house. They also provided me with materials for a new water softener and educated me about the water in the area. We had an appointment setup within a week. Chris competed all the work (it was A LOT) without complaint and went above and beyond. My dad was in town and Chris was very patient with him, allowing him to be involved and ask plenty of questions. Thank you so much to this team for the work you completed.

Beware, this company lied and stole my money, they did not complete the work but still billed me for it!

I paid Just Us to replace a back flow valve on my pool and two brass valves on my tankless hot water heater but they stole my money and did not complete the work.

They quoted me around $700 to replace the brass valves or $100 if they could just replace the rubber inserts. They replaced the rubber inserts, did not replace the valves, then charged me the full price of replacing the valves.

When I talked to them they lied and said they did, but the old valves were still there... new valves were not installed.

I called several times and was told over and over that the owner would call me but they never did.

When I disputed the charges they lied to the credit card company and said all work was done. Now I have to go through the hassle of taking them to court.

Stay away from this company!

Confirmed an appointment, waited for hours and was told "they didn't hear back from me". Worst communication and customer service ever. I'd steer clear of this place.

First the technician was great, but the billing was terrible. I received the part from the manufacturer and it took the tech 20 minutes to replace the part and they charged me $353.00. Why to use the Texas storm to jack up the prices!!!!

From the initial call, to follow-up that was just necessary... this company is the real deal! I own a small business so I understand the daily struggles of not only customer service, but quality service as well. I had an issue that we did not know if it was a "Just Us" issue OR a "pool company" issue. The technician went above and beyond the call of duty... the issue is in the process of being resolved, but I had to write this because of the follow-up and the follow-thru... all the "big chain" companies need to understand that these guys are going to knock this industry around AND take it it over! Just some local guys that are veterans, getting it done!

Came home to water puddled up in my front yard. Turned out being a pressure valve which required turning off my house water until fixed. I called around and got ahold of Nichole and JustUs Plumbing about 3pm on a week day. She was really friendly and responsive. Within an hour Eric showed up smiling, friendly, and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, made some recommendations, and stayed late making sure he fixed the issue. I could not have asked for a better plumbing experience. (Not something I thought I ever be saying.)
