Our kitchen sink stopped draining and despite my best efforts to snake it with my puny auger, I required the help of a professional.

Punctual. Michael from Justintime came within 20 minutes of the start of the arrival window. The scheduler also gave me plenty of warning via text of scheduling and arrival.

Friendly. Michael was very personable and addressed all my questions. Even the obscure ones.

Professional. Michael took care to plan out his course of action and address the clogged drain. He walked me through what he was doing and what I could do to prevent further clogs and other preventative maintenance.

Affordable. Within the expected amount for a service call and fix.

Great service and extremely professional. Tyler (plumber) showed up on time and explained what needed to be done, clearly presented all the options. The problem turned out to be tougher than expected, he continued to troubleshoot, assess all the access point in the house, including helping move around a cluttered garage. Tyler cleaned up after the job was done and problem solved. I would definitely recommend this company and I now have them on speed dial in case of after hours emergencies.

When I arrived to my Newport beach vacation home for Thanksgiving holiday. The bathtub, shower floors and carpets were full of sewage and the main was backed up. I called my plumber for emergency service and the voicemail said they would return the call. They did not call me till the next day but I did not wait.
I called a few other plumbers but the one that responded quickly was JustinTime plumbing. I spoke to Liz, who answered the phone. She was great to communicate with, and you just what to do. She dispatch Tyler and he was there within an hour. He is a class act and a real professional. Evidently the main was blocked and he had to snake it all the way to the street. Once the drains were clear Tyler went beyond what I expected and removed most of the really gross debris from the house. Then he washed down the tub, the shower and the floors. Needless to say my new go to Plumber is JustinTime.

I made an appointment for either fix or replace my garbage disposal and also snake my bathroom sink. Tyler was the technician. He came by and snaked the bathroom sink and later on looked the garbage disposal. He told me if they have to replace it, it will cost $395 plus $100 for labor or a total of $495. He looked at the garbage disposal and determined all it needed to be done is the reset it. Thus brought down the price to just $250. I did appreciate his honesty in not replacing the garbage disposal unnecessarily and charging me for the parts.
