Saved me several thousands of dollars. Cleaned out my sewer lines when two other companies told me sewer lines would need to be replaced. Responded within several hours when I couldn't get a call back for weeks from other companies. Wish they had been my first call, would have saved me another $600 I was out with the other companies. Great job and would highly recommend.

My washer drain was clogged so I wanted to support local businesses so I called Justin. Well for less than 30 minutes $285 & I probably could of bought my own snake or hanger out the sock. I had 150 and he threatened to take me to court for the remainder 135 so I wanted no bad relationships so I paid. He also stated he's weeding out 30% of customers by increasing his rates. His guys did complete the job.

My parents called them out to look at a toilet. They were there about 1/2 hour and no parts were needed, only an adjustment. They charged $225. The Mafia would be jealous of those rates. I called the owner to complain and his attitude was basically, that's the way it is. I would definitely not use them again based on the ridiculous price and the owners pompous attitude.

I really thought these young men that came to my house and put a new seal on the stool and fixed the draining of the tub was done properly but since we don't use that bathroom all the time it took a few days later to see that the seal on the stool started leaking and the tub was still stopped up. It says on the website it is guaranteed but Justin let me know he doesn't guarantee sewer Work.So that 350+ that we spent was just thrown in the trash bc it sure wouldn't flush ! those Young men couldn't find the clean out so they went through the tub. Well I can't see me paying another couple of hundred dollars to get nothing again .

I have not ever seen the unprofessional people like at justin plumbing they talked to my wife called her crazy and they want to get paid but don't want to finish the job they tell you one thing then go back on there word we had all of our pipes busted after the Winter storm plus a hot water tank went out as well they told us they would do it all including the hot water tank then they came out got the pipes fixed but would not put in the hot water tank long story short they did not hook up our dishwasher to water and the put in the tank but did not finish it. We had to get help to get the money to fix it we got that then he down graded my wife because we had to have help so think twice before you have some one to fix your pipes.
