Is there a way I can give less than one star. I made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday appointment. I was waiting for him and as he was not showing up I called him up. He told me he can not come as he has taken up another work.

A big let down and very unprofessional.

Don't go for it.. If someone doesn't know how to keep their promise they should not be in business.

Toilet was ""clogged"" on a Saturday. Had 2 numbers for Justin. Was disconnected @ 1st number for unknown reason. 2nd call was promptly answered & appointment made for 9am for the following day (Sunday). He & assistant were there right on time & were able to clear problem in about 10 minutes. Cost was $149. Not sure of the usual rate for this. Was happy to have problem solved quickly.

Caused alot of damage to my house in the process of doing the job I hired him for. Now I can't get his Insurance or Bond information. Check these things before you hire! License, Insurance, and Bonded... Justin is not providing any of this information to me!

I called and left messages at two local companies to inquire as to when they could come out and replace the cold water valve connected to the hose to my washing machine as It leaked in the off position and Best Buy would not install the washer until fixed. Never received a call back. Found Justin's company on Google, called and within 5 minutes received a call back. Texted him a picture of the part, as he requested, so that he could come prepared, and set up an appointment the next afternoon! He was here right at 5:00 pm. Very nice guy....polite, personable, friendly. Fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I would and have recommended them to others.

BEWARE!!! This guy is a sham!!! My fault is I that I counted on YELP instead of doing my own research

My wife and I are disabled seniors.
We needed plumbing repairs under our house. Two other plumbers said this problem cannot be fixed. I checked on YELP and chose Justin's plumbing for a score of 5 stars.

Mr. Justin Day showed up in an unmarked van and had another guy crawl under the house. He claimed the plumbing fix will take 4 to 5 days and quoted an expensive fee.

Justin is very social and has a charming personality. He told me of his 10 years of experience working for his dad and promised a 20 years guarantee for the repair. His honest face convinced me and I signed his proposal.

I had to leave in a hurry to take care of my wife who has ALZ. So I failed to notice that he did not give me a copy of his proposal. Justin called a couple of days later declaring that he finished the whole job in one day and asked for my VISA number. My alarm bells were numb and I gave it to him.

When I received my VISA bill I noticed that he charged me a higher amount then
what I remembered agreeing for.

In the meantime I found out that Justin also goes by another name ""Carl Turpin"", does not return my calls, sometimes returns emails as ""Carl Turpin"" and now I do not know what he did under my house...

I am a fool but I am sure not going to look on YELP again. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!!

We just bought a new home in Concord and it needed a lot of work - lots of nasty plumbing issues and it was a real drag. Fortunately, Carl from Justin's Plumbing came to our rescue and we could not be more pleased with his service. He is very professional and trustworthy - always on time - even works on Sundays! Incredibly responsive and just flat out good at his job. We will use Justin's Plumbing for the long term and highly recommend to anyone who wants great service for an honest price.
