I was concerned about an exterior faucet valve not shutting off completely, so I called Justin Time Plumbing. Justin was super helpful in getting help out to me in a timely manner. The tech, Jake, explained things well and was super helpful in assessing what turned out to be a non-issue. A relief.

I am new to the Northeast (especially winters in the NE!). I had turned off the water supply to my outside water faucet and left the faucet open to winterize it. Yet, I discovered that water was still coming out of the faucet and freezing. I called Justin, and he was able to come inspect the faucet and provide me with a solid solution to the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking for a plumber - he is the best.

Justin was quick, respectful and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend him. I thought I had a leak in my shower. Upon further inspection it was a tub valve. Justin replaced it quickly and didn't run up any additional charges. He was also very polite and up front about anything was doing. I will use Justin again. Thanks Justin!

Justin did a beautiful job replacing fixtures in our bathroom and kitchen sinks. His customer service is outstanding: He was very courteous both on the phone and in-person, and took time to explain things to us. We also appreciate that during the early stages of this pandemic, he was willing to show up, particularly because it was not an emergency job. He wore a mask, as did we, all protecting each other, and he worked efficiently. Thanks, Justin, for the great work. Excellent customer service took it over the top!

Justin arrived exactly as promised, and performed his installation and repairs with professionalism, courtesy and respect .Justin was very careful to clean up as he worked. In fact, I was prepared to do cleanup myself, but it was unnecessary. It is rare to find such a customer oriented professional, and we wanted to share our remarkably positive experience with others. We would certainly recommend Justin to our friends and neighbors, and in fact, have already done so within about an hour of him leaving our home.

I discovered a leak from a loose pipe under my kitchen sink that was just a few more drips away from catastrophe in my basement. My husband works long hours and did not have the time to fix the issue, and I feared no plumber would be able to get to me in the same day. I tried calling Justin, he got right back to me and offered to come by later that day. He coordinated with my son for the time of arrival, and was willing to bill me when my son couldn't pay him directly. He saved me a lot of stress!!
