I had a clog in my main septic line in my crawl space causing a backup in two bathrooms. Two guys from Justin Time came by, told my wife that our pipes were running uphill, flushed both toilets causing a nasty mess in my crawlspace (that I had to clean up when got home), charged $95 for the visit and left. They didn't address the clog at all. Totally a waste of time and money. I do not recommend.

We had an issue with a ""mini split"". A technician responded within an hour of our call and got it back up and running.

Justin Time has our old AC working, and we'll arrange with them later to replace heat/AC with a new system ('cause it's a dinosaur). Was really thinking we'd be without AC for the worst of the summer, but surprise! They know how to revive ancient reptiles!

Then the toilet decided to tank (uh-huh, for REAL). Sent John over and he wasn't here 5 minutes and she's up and swirling like she oughta.

And they're the NICEST folks!

We have an older furnace that runs on home heating oil. It went out in early March and parts where hard to find, I get that.
When the part finally arrived, Justin Time installed it. It worked for one cycle and quit during the night.
We called them back and I had four people in my basement including the owner, who assured me it would be fixed. It wasn't. Again, it ran for one cycle and quit, so my husband went down to inspect it, opened the cover, and found oily rags and an uncapped fuel line in the furnace! So unprofessional.
We called again.
This time, a young man who we'd never met before came out, fixed it, and told us he had also reconnected the air conditioner to the system. When it got hot out and the air didn't work, well we discovered that lie, too.
We called in another contractor who had it reconnected in 10 minutes.
We sent Justin Time the bill, which to their credit, they paid. It was laughable that they even included a little note with our check that said they were dropping us! Moot point dudes: We already got another contractor. We're done with you, too!
Unless you like headaches, fire hazards like oily rags left in your furnace cavity and uncapped fuel lines, fuel dumps in your driveway, and lots and lots of repeat calls for naught, I'd pass on Justin time.

My shower was leaking pretty bad, so I called out just in time plumbering. Younger gentleman came out and spend over an hr to change the spout. Obviously that did nothing, so after another 2 hours he managed to force a new cartridge in the handle and made sure to dig the mud from his boots into the tub. An hour after left it started leaking even worse. After he came a second time, he wanted to cut a hole in 100 year old lathe plaster. Thankfully I had bowman tinshop in my house already at that time so I had them give me a second opinion, which severely upset the guy from just in time. After 15 minutes, bowman found that the younger gentleman had tore up an O ring forcing the cartridge in and replaced it at cost because they saw what troubles I was having with just in time plumbing. The shower hasn't leaked since, and there's no ugly plastic access panel in my dining room. Thank you bowman tinshop for fixing the expense mistakes that ""just in time plumbing"" created.

So I called Justin time plumbing to have some work done because of the recent cold weather we had caused some of my pipes to split. The days they were supposed to show up, no one came so I called them to find out what happened. I was told the person they sent had already been here and talked to a third party which was a lie, I was also told that no one would be sent again because the conditions in the basement were deemed unsafe. in the middle of the conversation, the person I was talking to hung up on me. well a few minutes later, I got a call from the person they sent here. He claimed he had been in the basement with out my consent and then started making threats! This whole situation was handled in a very unprofessional way and I have reported the person in question to the Walkerton police department. My advice to anyone thinking about using them to stay away from them.

Called to get help for outside spigot and washer water hammer on pipes. Came same day end of March. Said they could clean air conditioning when it gets 60-70 degrees. Highly recommend!!
