Noticed my water flowing from my meter box yesterday, contacted the water company, they came and looked at it. The leak ended up being on my side of the meter, so it was my repair. Called this plumbing service and they arrived this morning to fix it. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I asked if they could put in a valve to the line that connects to the sprinklers, but changed my mind, figured I could install one later myself. When the job was finished I noticed Justin put a ball valve in anyway, at no additional charge. That sort of service means something to me.

I could have done this entire repair myself, but it would have taken much longer. Sometimes it's better to hire a professional who has the knowledge and parts with them, and can get it done quickly. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will use them again in the future!

Just replaced my water heater, probably about the 6th time they have done work for us. East to schedule, shows up on time with all needed parts etc. I know that there are other plumbing services out there but I would not recommend anyone else. Quality service and fair price.

Had a leak in the master bathroom shower. They sent someone who charged $135 for a short-term fix. That person left, and within 36 hours the leak was back. I called back in and requested they come fix it again, and I specified I was pregnant and taking COVID precautions very seriously, I asked that whoever comes wear a mask.
They sent a team of two who arrived with no masks, and touched all sorts of stuff in our master suite. I had to disinfect an entire room after they left.

Upon their arrival, they didn't know what they were here for. They said they were going to cut a hole through the master closet drywall to get to the shower pipes (this wasn't what was discussed prior to their arrival). Once they figured out what they were here to do, they had to leave and go to a store to get what they needed (more COVID exposure), and came back to complete the job.

The communication is lousy and the COVID precautions were nonexistent.

The services were expensive, and I expected a way higher bar for the price we paid.

EDIT: It's clear that Justin takes customer service really seriously, he was urgently in touch with me after I wrote this review, and was diligent to hear me out and speak to my experience. He was apologetic for the lack of COVID precautions taken, and the breakdowns in communication, and I'm appreciative for both of those things. Ultimately, this just wasn't a good experience for my household. Justin seems really great, and I appreciate his follow up, and adjusted my review in a few ways to reflect the experience inclusive of the follow up from Justin.

Justin Jackson's Plumbing helped us with a plumping emergency. We had a broken pipe and called them after 8pm. They came within 30 minute of calling and fixed the problem. They were professional, courteous, and kind. We would definitely use them again if needed!

What a great experience! As a first time homeowner I'm always nervous about calling for services like plumbing because they can get so expensive. We had a leak in the laundry room because of an improperly installed drain cap that was never fixed for 12 years by the previous owners. The result was leaking sewer water every time the upstairs toilet flushes--so gross! Justin came and fixed the problem the day after I called. He gave a very reasonable estimate before starting, and stuck with that estimate at the end even though his cost for parts ended up being much more than expected. He was courteous and explained all the parts of the process along the way. He respected our request to wear a mask and take off shoes. The process took about 1hour from start to finish because he needed to run out for hard to find parts. The result look great! Should have called months ago!

We had much difficulty finding anyone to come and fix our leaky shower faucet. Finally someone came and said that our 3-stem system had to be changed out to a newer single stem type. He said he could return in a week, drill a huge hole in the shower and charge us $700 for five hours of labor.

The next day I contacted Justin's office in the morning. About three hours later he showed up, ran to the store to pick up needed parts, came back and repaired our existing 3-stem system. He was done in less than 30 minutes or less and his fee was very reasonable.

It's a pleasure doing business with Justin Jackson Plumbing!

Our toilet hadn't been flushing properly, and then the tank stopped filling. I called Justin Jackson's on Sunday evening and they were out first thing Monday morning. Brett was professional and quick and the pricing was reasonable. We'll definitely call Justin Jackson's next time we need to have a plummer out to the house.

Stranger Danger !!!!! We have a old house and the gate valve had been leaking (main shut off at the house) We called Justin's to get the main line from the meter to the house replaced with PVC about 20 feet. Josh quoted $700 dollars to do the job the next week when we were at work. When we got home we found the valve replaced and a bill for $700!!!!! He explained that the main replacement would be thousands.....
