What do you do as a plumber when your Grandma has a plumbing emergency but lives 4 hours away. Go on YELP of course. I found Justin and read some really great reviews. Gave him a call and he came out and fixed it right away. Turns out it was just a supply line, but he could have easily tried to lie and upsell her a whole new water heater. He showed up with a smile and fixed her problem right away for a reasonable price. Glad to know I can trust someone to take as good care of my Family as I do with my business. Thanks Justin. Skilled, trustworthy, and professional!
We own a rental in San Luis Obispo, but live in the Bay Area. Justin and his crew have done an number of jobs for us, and we are pleased every time. Whether it is a planned upgrade, or a surprise repair, they have always been prompt and thorough. He has a lot of experience and does a great job of explaining exactly what his plan is, and the reasoning behind it.
His work is excellent and his prices are always fair. Can't get better than that.

Water heater sprung a leak and was referred to Justin by a very reputable contractor I had used in the past. When I called to set an appointment Justin answered the phone personally and said he would be out within 90 minutes. True to his word he and his partner Tyler showed up within an hour and went to work. I was quoted a price to replace the water heater and most importantly was told they could do it today. Three hours later the job was done and the quality of the work was first rate, they even routed a relief valve to the outside so if I ever have another water heater start leaking I won't end up with a garage full of water! Bottom line, they're nice couple of guys who are very concerned about providing excellent workmanship at a fair price, not the cheapest but well worth their price for the service and quality you receive.

Justin service on very short notice is excellent . Our hot water heater went leaky and needed to be replaced right away. Called him early on Saturday morning and he was able to find the correct water heater and have it installed later that same morning. Justin and his helper arrived right on time and installation was excellent. He cares about his customers and followed up the next day to make sure all was well. highly recommended.

Very quick service. Called around noon and he showed up a few hours later. I had a clogged kitchen sink. Justin was very personable/friendly which is important to me. He figured out the problem quickly and was in and out. He explained the issue and gave a fair price. He was also conscious of his shoes being dirty and didn't wear them inside the house. That is a bonus. He seems like he would go the extra mile to help you with your plumbing issues. I would recommend Justin Jackson!
