I had a leaky toilet and did not have a plumber. I went through the Crawfordsville phone book to find one and Dorsey was the only one that I could reach, which says alot for their company. They sent Ian out the next day and he was very polite and efficient. When he came to put my toilet back in, he came after a long day's work and was just as pleasant as if it was the first thing in the morning. I will always use them (Ian in particular) for any future plumbing needs. It's great to have a qualified technician when you need one. Keep up the good work, Ian.

We needed a new water heater. Justin Dorsey plumbing sent out Zack to do the removal and install. we went to a tankless water heater and it is fantastic.

the recent storm caused our well pump to crash. We called this company because two years earlier, we had a problem with the same pump and their agent came out promptly and solved the problem which was loose wiring at the time. He gave us a quote for a new pump system then saying it was showing signs of wear. When we called this time, the pump had totally given up. The agent who came the same day we called, installed the whole system, which was a new pump, new pipe and wiring with a pit-less adapter, all in the same day. He was most pleasant and professional in manner and did a great job. We would call him any time. His name is Zack. Thanks Zach. Now we have water. Yay!

Our toilet was running slow in an upstairs bathroom. They came out snaked the toilet line everything worked great afterwards. Their service tech David was outstanding. My wife told me make sure you ask for him next time we need something done with our plumbing. We have used Justin Dorsey plumbing four times in the last year and they have performed above expectations every time.

Had a flooding issue in our basement recently, about 15 gallons an hour. This company came out and poked around a little, went out to our backyard and pulled a bit of debris from the end of our pipe, then said we would need to get a camera down the pipe. Ok...so then put a cam down the pipe? Guess he wanted to wait to see if the debris he pulled would do it. He didn't stick around to see if that worked. In total, he spent about an hour at our house and charged us $240.

Basement was still leaking, of course. Another company comes out and did WAY more than pull debris from a pipe. They put a cam down, food coloring, put something on our pipe, and as soon as they found the source and cleared/fixed it - the water rushed out of the basement. So, the first plumber could have easily known if what he did fixed it if he tuck around. But the kicker....they took my husband back to the pipe and said the pipe he pulled the debris out of wasn't even our pipe!! It was a city pipe! We were told the owner would call us yesterday about a partial refund. Still no call. Yeah...this is obviously one of those companies that overcharges if they know you don't know plumbing. Oh, and the second company charged us $280. Not even comparable.

I was quoted at $850 for a humidifier to condensate pump connection, which is expensive, but I agreed to it anyway. An hour of work and $200 in parts somehow ballooned to $925. Fine. Now it looks like I will have to redo much of the work myself. They placed the condensate pump right in front of the air filter, so it has to be disassembled every time I change out the air filter. But, after one month, there are now two places that consistently leak which means I will now need to redo the work. The lines are also held in place by electrical tape. Would not recommend.

Troy, the salesman understood the importance of replacing my tank gas water heater immediately and with a major winter storm in the next 24 hours got me scheduled with a fantastic technician who's name is Jeff along with his dutifully adept assistant Tyler.
This men were well versed in tankless water heaters and with my Navien NPE-240A2-NG I knew I was in excellent hands for a successful conversion that would lead to efficiency and savings over my former unit. These men worked over six hours straight with no breaks to ensure I would have hot water before the storm arrived 2 hours later. Supreme faith that come a week or a month if I experience issues that it would be about the unit and not the installation. Hats off to team Justin Dorsey Plumbing!
