Got up to no water this morning called at 7:00am she said they could be here between 9:00 and 10:00 am and they was! They had to drop a new pump and replace 2 new pressure tanks was done by 2:00 with everything working like it should! Less than a month ago we had a new dishwasher installed. I was cleaning the filter and noticed water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher. I thought perhaps the drain needed to be snaked. I had Dorsey plumbing come out and look at it and they were superb! I strongly recommend Dorsey plumbing for all your plumbing needs. My technician was Tig and she did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet. The job was a bit complicated because I have a reverse osmosis system, but she figured out a way to get around it by adding a shut off valve that will be helpful if we need to replace the faucet again. She was very thorough in checking for leaks and making sure the faucet was working properly.

I had a leaky toilet and did not have a plumber. I went through the Crawfordsville phone book to find one and Dorsey was the only one that I could reach, which says alot for their company. They sent Ian out the next day and he was very polite and efficient. When he came to put my toilet back in, he came after a long day's work and was just as pleasant as if it was the first thing in the morning. I will always use them (Ian in particular) for any future plumbing needs. It's great to have a qualified technician when you need one. Keep up the good work, Ian.

We needed a new water heater. Justin Dorsey plumbing sent out Zack to do the removal and install. we went to a tankless water heater and it is fantastic.
Zack was awesome the job was done on time and very neatly installed.
