Terrible! Does not return phone calls... ever. When you hound enough to get a response, Joel is surly without any customer skills. I don't know how they stay in business. Guess if you are only one of a couple of businesses in town that do this sort of thing, you can treat your customers like crap. Disgusted.

Justice water systems were fantastic to work with when I needed help with my well and water system. We used a different company to test our well when buying the property because it was the sellers choice. I was very disappointed with their level of service. Not actually sure they even did the test as we couldn't be present. Justice on the other hand went way beyond in taking care of my needs. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it can be to juggle schedules to fit extra requests or new found problems into a busy day or week. Joel and John at JWS never balked and made it feel like no problem you want it you got it. The system delivers on all accounts is really quality work. They really went way beyond what was bid on to make sure I would be set up properly in the short term and the future. Thanks again.

Joel was a friendly guy up front. Sold us a great story about why he was best and cheapest. He cared more about his jobs and drilling methods. he claimed to have put in a lot of research over the years to come with better and cheaper methods of drilling. Up front promise: drill time 48-72 hours. Cost $6500 with pump system installed. after starting, they never showed up before noon and never stayed after 5, took over 2 weeks and in the process, the well caved in multiple times. Charged us $110 per foot for steel tube, 2 X more than other contractors. end result was $14500 to Justice for just the hole in the ground and I had to pay someone else to complete the job, costing me another $6,000. Terrible experience... lied through his teeth the entire time. DO NOT USE HIM

Nightmarish experience! Joel led me down a deep hole that ended up costing me over $60,000. He talked me into doing a well by saying that he could get me the ""good"" water by going down 1000 ft. if necessary and could seal off the smelly water that he might pass through while drilling. I was adamant that I didn't want ""smelly"" water, because I already had water that I had to treat. He said max price if we had to go 1000ft. was $35,000 (pump and well). Then just before drilling he sent me a paper saying if he went 770 ft. price would be $35,000 pump and well. I should have walked away then, but somehow I trusted his word. Hit smelly water at 500-600 ft., and we agreed to go to 1000 ft. if necessary. His equipment broke down twice during drilling.The second time he said that drill bit broke (a risk known to him that he didn't advise me of) and that we couldn't go deeper. So he said he had to stop at 800 ft., and my ""well"" was going to be the smelly water at 600 ft. or so. Then he billed me for the full $32,000 PLUS gave me a bid on the pump of another $16,000! Then to get me to pay he said the water wasn't ""that"" smelly and that it could be cleared up (the smell) just by running it through my existing chlorinator. That couldn't be further from the truth. I had to spend another $15,000 on a complicated purification system. Total cost to me exceeded $60,000. I did not use him for the pump or purification, as I could not trust him after the well experience. I really wish that I had been warned against using and trusting him!
