Great service with Justice Plumbing. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick service. I will use them again!

Shoppers Beware: Justice Plumbing performed a substandard job, that resulted in flooding our home, causing extensive-costly damage, that we had to fork-out of our own pocket!!

My family started using them 2 years ago and would recommend them to anyone in the area. They are punctual, trustworthy, and personable.
Call them anytime.

Chris with Justice just left and I had to write a review because there are negative reviews out here that are old and are not fair. I have used Justice since we bought our lake house almost five years ago and they have always exceeded my expectations and today was no different. Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and easy to understand. I am not a plumber and he patiently helped me understand my problem. He had every opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and he was forthright and honest. He even fixed my sink while he was here. He was fast and the price was extremely fair. I also want to add that Ruth worked me in today despite a full schedule. The communication was outstanding and I still can't believe how happy I am over a plumbing repair! I highly recommend them! Thank you Chris and Ruth!!

Worst customer service! Manager talks over you and can careless about the conversation with the female I spoke with regarding service charge. They installed in 2015, water heater leaking, and under warranty. I was told if they came out the day I called there would be an emergency service charge. However, if I waited for an appointment there would be no charge. I waited. Now told there is a service charge. The manager stated I misunderstood the conversation when I initially called in. No, I asked a direct question and was given a direct answer. Now told otherwise. Horrible customer service and unprofessional behavior.

I spoke to Heather and she promptly took care of scheduling a hot water heater problem. The plumber came out within 4hrs and I couldn't be happier.

My electricians accidentally cut my main water line whilst trenching, but when it was repaired, there was dirt and debris that got all through my plumbing. Justice Plumbing came on the same day I called, they cleaned/cleared my lines and my fixtures, and made sure all of my plumbing was working properly, all at a great price. I can't thank them enough for getting my water back working so quickly. They were very professional whilst still being friendly and sweet. I appreciate businesses like this and will definitely use them again!

I had been recommended to this company but unfortunately they made me waste 48 hours for an estimate to install a water heater in my barn when they knew I was on a deadline with the Texas Health Department to install the water heater. Ruth, the lady had scheduled me for an install on Friday today and wasngoing to call me with a final job estimate;andy, She NEVER CALLED but I had to call to get the estimate information and they never had the courtesy to call me to say they could NOT come to do the job because my bidget was not enought. My budget was $1800 to $2000, but according to her the job was going to be at least $4500 to $7000 for a water tank installation...I definitely DON'T recommend their sevice. ...They don't even offer a payment plan or split payments for a job that big...Who can afford that?

I am an out of state landloard. My tenant, after due diligence, including neighbor recommendations, contacted Justice Plumbing to fix and/or replace a leaking garbage disposer.
The quoted price seemed a bit high so I contacted their office. The proposed replacement was a Badger 5 1/2 HP disposer. When I inquired as to why the cost was so high including installation, I was told the one they use is commercial grade with better parts etc. versus what you can get at Home Depot. I decided to proceed with them - BIG MISTAKE! My tenant inspected the work the next day and discovered that the plumber had knowingly installed a Badger 1 disposer (a less expensive unit) and tried to pass it off as a Badger 5. This was not an innocent mistake, rather a direct intent to rip off a customer. On a positive note, my tenant contacted their office, and the same plumber immediately came out to replace the unit with the contracted Badger 5 (exactly the same unit that can be had at Home Depot - not a commercial grade or better one). Needless to say, I will never use their services again and my tenant will notify the neighbors of their attempt to rip off and deceive a customer. Further, I need additional work done and the company they referred me to is now suspect, as they work hand in hand with Justice on many plumbing jobs.

Does not come when they say they will -be prepared to stay home all day waiting. Then when you call they will say they had an emergency and couldn't make it. Then be prepared to stay home another whole day for the reschedule and then when you call to find out when they are coming they say same thing (they had an emergency) Then prepare to be put at the end of the next day. Also be prepared to get charged even when they don't fix the problem.
