Justen came out and assured us he would be able to fix it even after I told him 4 attempts had already been made. He finally got it to work and stayed around until he was confident it wouldn't leak further. Thanks for all of your help! Carriage Station is a happier place thanks to your plumbing expertise.

What a crappy attitude when I called to ATTEMPT to hire their services. Mike: ""So, you need it snaked and I SUPPOSE you want it done today"", insert shitty tone of voice. Yes, when one has water coming up in their basement, MIKE, they want it done TODAY, and that's not an unreasonable request, you jerk!

I had an LG washer and dryer on back order for three weeks. When they finally got delivered, the plumber who was assigned by Home Depot couldn't install the units because he didn't have the right parts. I called Mike and he was out to my house within an hour and a half!! He did a great job, very down to earth, nice guy. Rates were extremely reasonable considering I basically asked him to rush out to my house. I am very thankful we didn't have to spend another weekend at the laundromat.
I would recommend Mike 10 out of 10 times. His work is greatly appreciated!!!

Review of a first time plumber customer -

Pros:
1. Answered phone first call.
2. Did job same day as service call.
3. Job completed to expectations.
4. Very professional.

Cons:
1. Wasn't told of repair cost up-front.
2. Wasn't told there would be a service fee in addition to labor and parts.
3. Wasn't told that I'd have to pay right after job instead of invoice.
4. Fee for using credit card since I didn't know where my check book was located (like I said, I wasn't aware of having to pay immediately).

Overall:
I would recommend this plumber, he fixed the problem.

I called Mike at around 7pm on a Monday night with water in the basement due to a lot of rain and a broken sump pump. Without hesitation, he came in less than half an hour and got the situation totally under control. He was fair, informative, and honest. I highly recommend him!

This is a long time coming but better late than never.
I had a long-standing plumbing issue that I had no choice but to ignore because of the perceived financial burden and the inconvenience in my home this would cause. When the time came and I was feeling financially able I looked to Yelp and found Justen Plumbing. I can't begin to properly describe the experience I had. Mike was an absolute professional. He inspected the problem and resolved it in 1/2 a day and even had time to install a new kitchen faucet of which I had not prepared him to do. When all was said and done the cost for the work was significantly lower than I had expected which was a complete and utter relief. As a result I had him install a kitchen sink faucet for which I had not prepared him to do. This was an exciting result for me. I highly recommend Justen Plumbing. You'll be happy you took the advice.

I had Mike Justen come out today for a sump pump problem. I had been told two months ago by a large plumbing company that my 3 year old sump pump was too small and needed to be replaced. The quote was $2200. This seemed very high and I declined.

I told Mike he might as well replace it since it needed to be done. His quote was $350 for the same thing. When he began looking at it he told me the pump and the horsepower was fine. Told me he would not replace it because it did not make sense. The actual fix was quick and cheap.

There are not many people who would be honest and do the cheap fix. Mike was honest and professional and very affordable. I will be using him for any future plumbing work I need done.

Mike came out to replace two toilets in my home on short notice. He gave an estimate of cost and arrival time, both of which came in as promised, with good communication ahead of time. My input was asked on color/materials/size/etc, and the units installed were as agreed to.

Job was estimated, materials obtained, and installation done all in the same day, leaving me with two new working toilets (rather necessary for a family of five!) and a cleaned up workspace.

Final bill was as estimated, and was a fair price for the work done and materials purchased.
