I'm an avid DIYers but met my match in my TINY crawl space with lots of close, weaving pipes. I couldn't quite finish and had to call in help (for the first time, yes I was bummed). So on a Sunday afternoon I found myself looking for a skinny plumber to finish up a couple water pipes. My initial bids were about $1,000, 'you'll need to excavate your crawl space first' or flat out 'we can't fit' / no. I got a call back from a yelp quote request within a few minutes and a quote for a $275 flat fee. We set it up for Tuesday--we can shower at the gym for a couple days without it killing us--but when he realized we were without water he said he could come within the hour for the same rate. He did, even though he and his wife were on their way to dinner. We invited her into the back yard and had a lovely chat about our gardens and the best Thai food around, and he took care of our pipes. Not only did he do great work while showing up on time and being professional, but he also make me feel good about what I had done rather than making me feel silly for trying, which I had. I'll call Just Your Plummer for future projects and already shot out a text to a couple friends who flip places.

I found Just Your Plummer through Yelp. I had a leaky bath tub faucet that needed to be repaired. I called Steve on a Friday and he agreed to come the next day on Saturday. He promptly arrived along with ""Eva"" during the time frame he specified. Both Steve and Eva were friendly and professional. They were honest and straightforward about the repairs needed. They suggested a solution that ultimately saved me a few hundred dollars. In the end, they spent about 1 hour at my place and charged me a very reasonable rate. I was given a clear invoice detailing the work they did and the parts they used. They even wrote down future recommended repairs (when I have the money). I was able to pay with my credit card on the spot. All in all, I can't say enough great things about Steve and Eva. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues. Thanks!

Shawn from JYP came to my house to repair a leaking toilet tank. He identified the problem after several minutes of troubleshooting and explained he needed to pick up a specific part from Home Depot. He returned to my home 15 mins later and installed the part in a few minutes. I can't say anything about the rest of their plumbers, but Shawn is definitely courteous and is a pro at his trade. Thanks for taking care of my parents Shawn!

I have called them 5+ times to follow up on a job they completed. No one has called me back. The first time I used them they did a great job on a shower valve, so I gave them return business. This time it was a water line for a refrigerator. I had them install a shutoff valve in the wall. He did it all quick and everything looked fine. Ten days later I noticed my baseboards had warped. I pulled out the fridge and discovered a leak from the fridge connection. Well the line was barely hand tight. My 2yr old could've made it tighter. I mean come on, tightening the line is a priority. I checked the end at the wall and it was loose as well. Now I have to replace several baseboards and not sure yet about my hardwood floors. Worst part is my several attempts to contact them and no one has returned my call regarding this matter.

Hired Just Your Plummer for a small job extending my outside hose bib to another location on the side of my house. Called around and was quoted high prices over the phone. Steve showed up to quote the job within an hour or so of talking on the phone. Quoted a fair price and said he could do the job right then. Was done in a couple hours and it looked great.

Don't waste your time. Left two messages for these guys, one on Monday and one yesterday - its Thursday now and no call back. Yet another example of a small company with a good yelp rating not being able to keep up or provide basic customer service. Move on...

Scheduled a faucet replacement via Amazon Home Services with this company for 8-11 am. At 11 am I called since they had not arrived and I had not heard anything from them. Nobody picked up. I called Amazon to see if they would have any luck. Nobody picked up for them as well, and they had additional contact information. Very strange how a company that is open the entire day can't seem to answer the phone over a 2 hour period. I've still yet to hear anything but I canceled the job online.

This left me with a job that had to be completed today since we have a broken faucet, I can't take work off during the week, and my wife will be imminently having a baby. To get the job done today I had to call a different plumber with 0 days notice and pay a premium.

Thanks for literally nothing.

About 9 months after this initial visit, the same company was visiting my upstairs neighbor to replace a faucet in her condo. They made a serious mistake during the replacement, and didn't turn off the water valves - causing a MAJOR FLOOD in my unit, and all of the other units below me as well. This caused my entire kitchen to have to be renovated (blocked off and not usable for TWO MONTHS). On top of this, Just your plummer doesn't have insurance - they only have a bond. And when my insurance company went after them to cover the damages - they haven't heard anything back, this is now 8 months later, and I still haven't received my deductible because my insurance company hasn't gotten a response out of Just your Plummer. Yes, some of their plummers may be fast and inexpensive - but DON'T RISK IT!

As of today's date, I still have not received a call back from this business! Is this the kind of customer service you provide to some customers?? No apology at all, I would have taken that due to things happen for not showing up or calling!!! Bad service!!!!
