We called Just Tankless to look at our water heater, which was not producing enough hot water for our shower. Al came out to look at it and he was nice and knowledgable and advised us to get a new water heater. However, when we called and emailed (twice) him, we got no response back. We waited a week in case he had some kind of emergency, but still no response. During this time, we canceled another appt. with a second company because we thought he would get it done for us. But since he never responded, we are still without hot water more than a week later. Pretty disappointed.

I'm a year late writing this review, but was reminded of the outstanding work by Just Tankless when I turned on my heating system this fall and everything cranked up perfectly after a long summer nap.

Al replaced an overworked Lennox Complete Heat system last fall with separate tankless water heaters for domestic and comfort heating. This was a complicated project separating the systems and tuning them each properly. Al returned a couple times at his insistence until everything was just right.

Outstanding job! Al is your guy, a true professional.

Al did a great job on my Eternal Hybrid. The unit is 3 years old and has been giving me an error code indicative of a failed mixing valve. The issue with hybrid water units is that very few plumbers know how to service them. I struggled to find a knowledgeable person and thought I did in December when some one came out and serviced the unit fixing the issue. The issue recurred twice since and the the contractor I used for initial installation and his plumber , recommended I replace the entire unit. Nice, a $3000 price hit on a 3 year old product.

What led me to Just Tankless is a Google search on the unit my contractor suggested I get instead. I had a very nice conversation with Al who recommended against the other brand (which he also carries) and suggested he come out and diagnose.

Al came out, disassembled the parts to find where the failure occurred. A more thorough approach than reading an error code and replacing a suspect part. He advised the part was under warranty but would take 4-5 days to arrive . He said he'd check his depot since most of the innards of water heaters share parts. Indeed, he called a few hours later and came out and fixed the problem.

It has only been 2 days, but I feel confident that Al did the right repair.
My only reason for not giving Just Tankless 5 stars is the price. I think Al recognizes that his skill is hard to find and charges accordingly.

Before you purchase , replace or repair your Tankless water heater, have a conversation with Al. Expect to pay handsomely for his service.

The price tag was $250 for the diagnosis, $150 for the visit to install the replacement part .

After discovering a leak midday Saturday, I looked for a local vendor having decided that it was time to switch to tankless. I found Al from ads painted on his Just Tankless delivery truck and gave him a call. He was at my home within 2 hours and explained our options and his prices. I was amazed that he volunteered to come back the next day, Sunday, with one of his installers and did an excellent job of removal and installation of plumbing and his new tankless unit. It has been several months and the unit performs perfectly, and has lowered our water/heating bill.

Al was absolutely fantastic in explaining the differences between tank/tankless hot water heaters. He came and talked with my family for about an hour about the differences. I decided to have one installed.What I loved about Al was that he is licensed in all the areas needed to install this unit: electrical, plumbing and general contracting. He was professional and handled everything from a to z. He even installed a smoke detector in my basement because that's code and registered my unit for me to activate the warranty. It's hard to find people this thorough but when I do, I value you it. It's been six weeks and I love it! My showers are consistently hot for as long as I want; this is exactly what I wanted. Al explained that the tankless would last 40 years (a bonus as water heaters last around 15 years) and I have more space in my basement. Very happy with Just Tankless!

About 10 years ago I had a Takagi water heater installed by my former plumber. The heater never worked right so after about 4 years of frustration monkeying with it I called JustTankless.com. Al came over to take a look and flush the machine which was installed incorrectly without ports for the regular maintenance flush among other issues. He re-installed the heater and it worked for a while but the damage caused to the heater by the faulty initial installation and the subsequent resulting lack of simple annual maintenance doomed the heater a few months later.

During the time Al was working on the heater I was interested and asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and I got a great education about water heaters in general but especially about tankless water heaters. It was clear to me that Al understands these things at a deep level and is truly an expert and all around intelligent man.

I decided to replace the Takagi because it was so damaged and the water temperature fluctuated to the frustration of my entire family. I called Al and told him to do whatever is necessary to install a new unit. He suggested the Noritz based on my house and my water usage and my goals. He was able to re-use a lot of the plumbing to save money. He even showed me how to hook up a hose to the cleanout ports so I could use the hot water in my pressure washer to steam clean my driveway.

I have learned the expensive lesson that it is essential that an expert install a tankless water heater. As a real estate broker I have sent many clients who have had similar issues with their tankless systems to Al and they all thank me and rave about Al's knowledge, willingness to take the time to educate them and do a great job.

Very reliable, on time, excellent customer service, and has a broad knowledge on heating services.

After being without heat for 4 long days, Al at Just Tankless came to the rescue! Even the company that installed the original unit wouldn't come out for 5 days! Probably a blessing since they installed it wrong which caused the heater to have a short life.
