Recently I had a leak in my old 50 gallon hot water heater. I thought years ago that if I ever had to replace it, I would consider tankless. Unfortunately when your hot water heater breaks is not the time to start research on how to do that. I called my plumber who gave me an estimate on replacing the old dinosaur but on a whim I looked at the map near my home and saw 'Just Tankless' and called and spoke with Al. In that one conversation I heard everything I needed to and decided his company was the right one to use. I got lucky and Al had a cancellation and came that day and installed a Navien tankless system.

Al was very professional, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. Being an engineer myself, I enjoyed 'nerding out' a bit with him and his own engineering background and I had full faith I was making the right decision with this switch in technology and am very happy with the end result.

'Real people' who you believe in that run businesses seem to be more hard to find these days, Al is one of them. Thanks Al!

I called the manufacturer and they gave me the number to Just Tankless. Just Tankless was immediately familiar with the error code and was able to walk me through the fix over the phone in two minutes (it was a software issue of some sort). They provided fast and free service late on a Sunday. I normally don't leave reviews, but this was above and beyond.

I had an older Takagi tankless water heater that stopped working this Saturday. On Sunday I wanted to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. I called Al at Just Tankless and while he did not service my area he walked me through a couple of things I could do to try to repair it. One was to clean a sensor. It didn't initially work and I called him back and offered to pay more than his usual service call fee but he said he would essentially do the things I've already tried. I found this very honest and very much appreciated this honesty. I went back and cleaned the sensor a bit more as I wasn't going to be able to have hot water until Monday anyway. After a bit more cleaning, bingo!...it worked! I cannot express enough as to how grateful I am for honest and knowledgeable assistance for which Al did without any compensation! If you're in their service area I would highly recommend!
