I sent them pictures and they were able to give me a quote in minutes and were able to schedule an appointment within an hour. This company is priced fair and their customer service is great. Austin came the next morning and resolved the problem in less than half an hour, was courteous and professional, explained everything, and gave me a couple of tips to help avoid this problem in the future. Their flat rate pricing was fair, so no surprise charges. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
