Jon fixed a broken pipe and replaced a faucet in our kitchen, both at a very fair price. He even went to Home Depot to pick up a faucet for us. He was very proactive in communicating with us, sending pictures from the store as he looked at replacement faucets, and then providing documentation afterward.

His willingness to provide receipts and detailed invoices was very helpful as we filed insurance claims and he was very patient when we had to keep asking for more information.
