Our shower faucet handles were no longer working, causing the hot water not to be shut off properly. Even after you closed the hot water, you could here it in the walls and the faucet would leak all night. This caused a high gas bill. Fortunately I spoke with Alberto(owner) of Just Rooter and Plumbing. He quickly responded and came out assessed the situation, provided an estimate and quickly got to work. He was honest, reliable and got the job done within a few hours.

Alberto was very honest and professional. Water heater broke and he came in the evening with just 1 hr advance notice. I really appreciate it. He didn't charge me anything because I ended up needing a replacement not a repair. He told me I was welcome to get another opinion and not pushy at all.

I found the number on Yelp and called. The guy that picked up is the same person that arrived. I've used other services where the address on Yelp were a local Rosemead address and name but the plumber came from San Clemente... Alfredo lives in Rosemead and services this area. I described the issue over the phone and sent him some photos. He arrived with parts in hand and ready to work. He gave me an estimate and replaced the busted pipe/hose.

I also asked for an estimate for a water heater replacement and jet wash maintenance which he happily looked over. No up selling. No bait and switch. Simply an honest guy that cares about the work he does.

10 starts for Alberto! I called him last night at 7 pm, he arrived an hour later. He assessed the problem, and returned this morning with the part. 30 minutes later he was gone. He initially quoted me a higher price and charged me $30 less!

I observed he has a very strong work ethic, is honest and hard working.

Alberto and his team were friendly, prompt, professional, informative, and honest. They fixed the backup quickly and their prices are very affordable. We've used Alberto's services since 2017. Luckily, I still have his contact info. Left him a message close to midnight last night. We had a clog in the main line and both tubs and toilets were backed up. Needed them fixed ASAP! Alberto called at 6AM and told me he would be able available at noon. Turns out he was able to show up even earlier at 1100. Great! Alberto and Cesar showed up and put on shoe covers before entering our home. How many people do that? These guys do! They got to work right away and found the clog using a camera. The Hydrojet was used to unclog the main pipe and all was good. They even spent the time to educate me on plumbing and how to avoid future problems. Alberto and Cesar are top notch. They are honest and will not sell you extra services. Excellent at troubleshooting as well.

I have a leak in my shower, thought it was something simple, but with plumbing, there's always more than meets the eye. I look on yelp for a plumber and solicit several quotes. Albert was the first to respond and even came in that same morning for a review! Upon completing his assessment, he told me that my underlying plumbing issues werent plumbing issues but something a contractor can help with. Wow, what an honest guy right? It gets better, when I asked him how much he charged for his time, he said it was a free inspection. I value honesty and hard work above all else and Albert is just that, honest and hard working!
