After reporting a gas leak to Atmos, they put a lock on my gas outside the home and caused a chain reaction of regulations--a city permit ($$$) to have city inspector verify the work completed by a plumber and a pressure test on gas lines.

Phillip with Just Rite Plumbing worked me in his schedule, met the city inspector to complete the job, and was very reasonable with his price quote.

In my opinion, JRP is the most reasonably priced plumber in the DFW area. I have used them twice; once to replace a gas regulator this week and in the past to add a gas line to my laundry room. Both times, I found them to be the most reasonable with their prices compared to other DFW plumbers.

Phillip charged $400 for his labor and parts. He also waited for about 1 hour for city inspector to confirm the work passed inspection and then he and his assistant went on thier way to another job. Other plumbers quoted as much as $1200 for same job. Give Just Rite Plumbing a try and you'll save hunderds of dollars.

Worst plumber you could ever use. I sell rehab houses and they have done several jobs for me and none of them are up to code or work as needed.

I hired Just Rite Plumbing to move water lines and drain for a bathroom remodel. After it was completed it had to be ripped up and moved again due to JRP installing them about 3 inches off. Weeks later I noticed a slow leak coming up from the slab from the water lines. After several calls, texts, and emails to JRP I received no call back, requiring me to hire another company to rip out the new tile floor and replace all the water lines JRP installed. The cause of the leak was an improper pex connector. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with Angie's List, the BBB, and the plumbing board that I received a response from JRP. Their response was that I damaged the water line and caused the leak. Surprising considering the spot of the leak was buried in over a foot of concrete. After countless hrs of missed work due to multiple reschedules, being hrs late for our scheduled appt, and a flat out no-show, this has been a costly mistake for me. There are several plumbers in the area so I suggest finding one that will take the time to do the job right, guarantee their work, and respect your schedule.

I would like to begin by stating that I had given Phillip my business for several years and did not have any issues with him. My review pertains more to my recent experiences with this company. I called them up and requested service I needed at my home. His wife set the appointment up for us and I thought all was good. The day of the appointment I received a call from them stating they have car troubles and need to cancel my appointment. They offered to reschedule for another time, I agreed to reschedule and thought nothing more of it. I noticed that it was an hour past the time of my appointment so I called them up and his wife stated Phillip was stuck on a job. Gee thanks for the heads up!!!!! ****Insert quote from the movie Wedding Singer here, "Once again something that could have been brought to my attention yesterday" ****** What really upset me is that I made it clear to them that I would have to take time off work just to meet him for the 2nd appointment we had rescheduled. A few days later I received a call from Phillip and he stated he would stop by on Saturday and take care of my issue. That Saturday he did not show up so I called him and his wife to find out what gives. She had nothing to say but I kindly gave her an ear full. I also called Phillip and gave him another ear full and he admitted he forgot about our Saturday appointment. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I guess business is good so they don't need mine. What a bummer I now need to find another plumber. Oh and how did they try to make things right? He referred me to his brother. lol that made me laugh, this guy "gots jokes".
