In the end, they did a good job, but it wound up costing me about three times the initial estimate. The initial job was to replace the flexible hose for our kitchen faucet because it was leaking at the end by the sprayer, and the estimate for that was ""x"" dollars plus the part (which I provided).

During the install, the part under the sink where the hose connects was observed to be broken so that it now also leaked. There had previously been no observed leak at that end of the hose, i.e. no water under the sink, and I had checked prior to the visit while getting the area ready for them to access the connections.

Since the now-broken part was integrated into the faucet and was not replaceable, I now needed to replace the whole faucet (under warranty), but the price to replace a faucet was three times the price to replace just the hose, which makes sense because there's a lot more work involved.

It could just be that the part under the sink doesn't like to be messed with and breaks easily when handled. I have no way of knowing, but that's what happened and it tripled my bill. Their guy ultimately did a good job installing the new faucet.

Robert was absolutely AMAZING! Our home warranty sent him over after 2 other plumbers (from 2 other companies) they sent were unable to fix the issue. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up with a smile, and made an otherwise dreadful process for us easy and even enjoyable. He walked us through exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process, which as new homeowners we definitely appreciated. Even handed us his flashlight to see the source of the leak ourselves, and explained to us what he would replace the pipe with, next steps, etc. Robert was thorough, highly skilled & experienced, polite & friendly, and patiently guided us through the entire process. We know we won't hesitate calling this company - and requesting Robert - for all our future plumbing needs!!!

Really great business. I had a water heater emergency and was told by my home warranty company that the best they could do was get someone out 3 days later. I told them where to go, cancelled my contract, and found Just Right. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. They were able to get someone out literally 2hrs later, fix the problem, and get my house back up and running. They were super communicative along the way, and Nick was just awesome as well. He gave me some advice for future updates and spent the time to educate me on many other aspects of my home's plumbing systems. Hopefully I don't need to but will definitely do business with them again for future issues or projects.

I'll update this post after the tech comes for my plumbing issues. But I have to say I am a little confused. On the website, it says that they give a free estimate for any AC/heating/or Plumbing. But when I called, they said that there's a fee of $89 that can be waived if you go with their services?

I think that's pretty strange when I am trying to get a quote on something. I would love to actually talk to a plumber over the phone so I can get a quote because I have the picture and I know exactly what type of service/labor I need.

Update 1: Their customer service seems pretty active and prompt. Jared called me saying that there are free estimates and there was some miscommunication. I will provide an update after the tech comes and evaluates my situation with the main water valve. So far so good.

Update 2: Tech Marsid came promptly and gave me a fair quote. He was really nice and awesome in fixing my PRV. He quoted a fair price as well and confirmed with his superior. Changed my rating to 5 star with the prompt service and price.

Full disclosure - though they didn't earn my business due to budgetary reasons, they did earn my respect and gratitude. I called on a Saturday morning after my water heater started leaking. Miranda was responsive and courteous. She scheduled Nick to stop by to assess and provide a quote. Nick was exceptional. Before even discussing business, his first priority was to drain the tank to ensure no further damage was done to my home. He then took the time to explain what was going on, what was needed and provided a quote. He even waited with me until the tank was fully drained. He was a class act. THANK YOU Nick!!!!!

Our technician William Lee was a skilled and knowledgeable professional who got our furnace running for under $390.00 when the previous company ( Service Champions) quoted us $9000.00...we are beyond pleased with this company and will have them repair our plumbing tomorrow...
