The company did not advise me of lateness. I had to call and then later call again when it was close to appointment. The faucet install was $360. The service charge is $90 so you kind of have to use them. That included me providing equipment. This price is about 40-50% over market. I was in a hurry and they were already late so I proceeded.

Not only is everyone very knowledgeable and respectful, they take the time to thoroughly explain any issues with photos so I understand exactly what work is being done. Zachary from Just Right Services came over for the maintenance of our air condition system, he did a great job checking the system and maintaining it for what was needed. I have worked with this company before (2 years ago) for cleaning up my air ducts, they did a good job then and did a good job today. Certainly recommend them.

""Maybe I'll be old enough one day..."" Give me a break with your nonsense. I got the issue identified and fixed for much less than what you tried to charge me. Stay away from this business and hire competent honest plumbers. Service industry gets a bad rap because businesses like this want to rip you off.

Beware of bait and switch tactics by this company. I requested a quote for leak detection and the rep on Yelp quoted me for $281.34. When I called the business to confirm and set and appointment only a few minutes later the ""lead dispatcher"" said it was $400 for the leak detection and that I couldn't get the job done cheaper than that. I've posted screenshots from this company that is trying to bait and switch me and another company that quoted me at $298 so you can get it cheaper. Go elsewhere and save time and money.
