They installed a new Daikin heating and cooling system in 2022. I have kept up on the yearly maintenance. I came home today and the furnace had failed. I called the emergency number at 6:42 pm. I was told I would get a callback soon. Still no callback at 10:00 pm. I consider this slow response time. The temperature outside is 35 F. At this point I am convinced I won't hear back until tomorrow. I am not happy! The new system cost $17k. On A positive note. The system has saved us money. But I am not sure this system is going to last very long.

I have used Just Right for many years. But they have been bought out by a large national firm. This is not a good thing from a consumer standpoint in my opinion. Their service is not what it used to be.

My A/C recently went out. The technician from Just Right said I need an entire new unit. The salesman tried to sell me a $17,000 unit and a furnace (there was nothing wrong with the furnace). When I told him I didn't need a top of the line unit (I live at 7,000 ft), he recommended a unit for $10,400. I informed him I was going to get a second opinion. He then ""found"" a unit for $7400, (last years model), but at that price it would go quickly. Said thanks, but I still want a second opinion. Several hours later, I got a call from a manager, telling me another customer wanted that unit and I had to act fast. Again, I said I was waiting on a second opinion and this was beginning to sound like high pressure sales.

When I got the second opinion, all I needed was a capaciter for $400. Just Right was clearly trying rip me off. NEVER use them.

BYW, I told the manager how I felt. He apologized and said he would send me a check for $400. I'm still waiting.

Problems from being short staffed led to my AC going down. Not thrilled but have spoken to customer service and they accepted responsibility and issued a refund for my last AC maintenance. Would have rather the AC not failed, or they had been able to give the ""priority service"" I'd hoped for.

My AC decided to die on me last week and these guys were amazing!
First of all I live in a gated community of townhomes and my unit is in the middle so access is not an easy task.
Upon arrival these guys were friendly and very informative. They assessed the situation and let me know the fan in the unit had been completely destroyed by something getting into it. Both of my outdoor AC unit and the indoor funace/ac were 20 yrs old and not functioning well to begin with, then it started making a rattling sound and was super loud then it just stopped completely, which is the reason I called.
Chase was very helpful showing me my different options and explaining the difference between them all, he offered the option of financing and helped me through the payment process and explained clearly when I asked about thier cancelation policy which was as simple as if you cancel then u are refunded your deposite in full no questions asked.
The delivery of the unit was complicated as I am the middle unit in my complex so
They brought in a crane and Regie helped the incredible operator direct it onto my back deck with no damage to my gutters and precision of placement, he put the new unit in place and had the old unit removed again by crane which is quite a task but such an amazing option to have especially in my situation. He also removed my old furnace/ac in the basement and brought all new equipment down for the following morning. He was a one man show on this job aside from the crane operator, I'm assuming because of the 4th of July the day before, and he crushed it!!
The next day Todd and his partner showed up early and orked diligently and effectively! They we're able to come up with solutions with the thermostat and wiring that saved me some dry wall repair, which I greatly appreciate!!
Overall my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy team of employees and buisness!

Chad G was phenomenal. My husband has been working in a freezing, cold garage, and would not call to get our mini split fixed. I finally called, but I didn't really know what the issue was. Chad was so informative and helpful. He gave me several options and explained each one thoroughly so I didn't feel pressured to make a call right then. Amazing experience. I will stick with this company for techs like Chad!

I highly recommend this company. I interviewed many companies when I replaced my air conditioner and furnace and I am so happy I picked Just Right Heating & Cooling. Everyone they've ever sent out here is absolutely professional and they know what they're talking about.

Update to my 2017 review- I was really unhappy today when I called in to schedule my annual service. I felt the person who took my call was very rude and had a ""I don't give a sh!t"" attitude. They no longer offer Saturday service and so scheduling an appt is only offered business hours and if you work full time, that's an issue. Plus, Tony is no longer with the company. He has like a weird cult following and is known for his work. It's odd that he's no longer there.

I requested a service for my AC unit from Just Right Heating and Cooling. They came out with in a week. They where right on time and Chad was very informative with any questions I had. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

Just Right installed a new furnace, heat pump and humidifier for us. They were great to work with and we went from the offer to installing the system within a week. The gave a us a very reasonable price and also helped with state and federal rebates. I would highly recommend them.
