This is my second time using them for our AC/Heating needs. Just finished the installation of AC and heating with Just Right. It was a 3 day project and they were on time, clean and professional each day. Lane who is my sales person just gave me great news and saved me $5,000 by reworking his original bid. Super people, great equipment and an outstanding company. Would strongly recommend you start with them when looking at replacing your AC/Heating .

I've given this company about 10 chances to not earn a one star review but at this point I'm done. I had an issue with a split unit system and the tech came out and charged me $349 to diagnose the issue. No clue why it cost that much and the diagnosis didn't go towards the fix. If I hadn't spent a ton of time over the next 3 weeks, I would have never heard back from Just Right. It took me 3 weeks and about 5 calls to get a quote for the fix, but when the quote came it had only 1 of the things the tech told me about during the visit. So I called back and asked whether this was because the other stuff was unnecessary or if I might do the thousand dollar repair only to find out the issues aren't resolved. The nice lady on the phone said I'd hear back immediately. After another two weeks and several phone calls, I got a second quote from the original tech that was another couple thousand dollars with no explanation of what he actually was recommending.

Overall, they are super friendly on the phone, but they have done a bad job of providing basic service and I'd rather just buy a new unit (from someone else) then pay them for a who-knows-what chance that my unit will be fixed.

Dishonest! Lies about hourly rates.
I sent a request through Yelp and got an email back from the owner stating that a service call was $69.00. Sounded good so I called to make an appointment and was told $99.00 for a service call. I asked the guy to check into the email I received from ""Dan D., Owner."" After a couple of minutes he comes back and says they used the wrong template and the actual service call cost would be $119.00.

Stay away from any contractor that increases their hourly rates $20 or $30 every 3 minutes. Stay away.

I did extensive research and decided that Trane was the brand of A/C and furnace I was most interested in as replacement units for my Park City townhome. Much of the research says that who installs your HVAC system is as important as the brand you choose. I researched reviews and contacted Just Right Air for an estimate. Jordan showed up for his appointment on time and did a thorough review of my current system. His proposal included a two-zone system with a highly efficient A/C and furnace. I consulted with a Lennox dealer and after analyzing the offers I decided to go with the most highly rated contractor, Just Right Air. They scheduled the work, showed up on time, and installed my new HVAC equipment. Allan and Jake were phenomenal. They were very neat and clean and consulted with me throughout the process. They successfully performed a difficult installation of wires so that I could use my preferred thermostat for the 2nd zone. They cleaned up prior to leaving my property and were very knowledgeable and helpful. This has been one of the best experiences with a contractor of any kind. I would highly recommend the Just Right Air team.

Zachary B. arrived on time, and, because there was snow on the ground, put booties on his shoes when he entered my house. He quickly checked for cracks in my furnace's heat exchanger, which was what I requested. I like to understand what's going on, so I asked a lot of questions. He patiently answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of info about how furnaces work.
His work was truly as good as it gets.

Had just right over to install a new furnace and replace an AC coil that was misfitted by another contractor- Pricing, the estimating process and the ability to answer all of my questions pre-install were spot on. Just had to deduct a star since our installer could have been a little more up to speed on the specifics/functions of our variable speed furnace and the unit was installed with a large crease/dent in the rear case area which was a bit of a bummer. All and all would totally use again. Cheers-

I love this company!! I was desperate to find a company after being mistreated and overcharged by another company. I called them once and had a technician out there the next day. Problem was solved. I am a part of their program where they come out twice a year to maintain my furnace and air conditioner. They always make sure my furnace and air conditioner are in prime working condition. I have not had one issue with my units since having them service them. You'd be remiss not to trust their expertise in their field!!

We received 3 totally different opinions/quotes before getting work done and ended up going with Just Right Air. We thought we needed a new unit but Just Right Air recommended going with the much cheaper approach of fixing the existing unit, which they think should last another 5 years. The 2 opinions didn't take that approach and wanted us to either buy a new unit or replace the entire ducting system. The work was done quickly and our unit now runs as new. We did have a misunderstanding about our invoice but it was quickly resolved by the owner. I would highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

Very prompt, on time excellent, communications from Just Right Air. I was looking for a HIVAC company to do a checkup on my system. Kent came out at the scheduled time and fully explained the efficient use of my system. As soon as he looked at my unit he noticed a part that has been recalled for several years. The issue has been missed by at least the last three inspection by another company. A superb, friendly and knowledgeable tech!

I requested a quote through Yelp (,I provided all pertinent info like square footage and duct work info) and got an email reply that asked for my phone number so they could provide a quote. First of all if I wanted to call, I would. If you offer a quote online don't ask for my phone number. Then, because it's so hot out, I called them. I said I wanted a quote and they asked for my name. Then my phone number. Then my address. I said, I just want a quote, I don't think we need to do all this. She said how about your zip code? That's when I hung up.

I'm looking around for a good company to spend thousands of dollars on an AC, don't treat me like garbage. I don't want spam mail and phone calls. Just a quote. Which you said you'd give via Yelp. But didn't.
