I woke up in the middle of the night to my air conditioner not working. I called their 24/7 line because they supposedly have an emergency service. Their first available appointment is 11 days away. That's isn't exactly an emergency service. If you don't actually offer emergency repairs, please don't list emergency 24/7 repairs on your website. Waste of my time.

Tony W, and assistant arrived on time and we're immediately friendly. They provided me with excellent service and insight into my heating and cooling system. They alerted me to a cracked manifold in the heat exchanger. This is potentially a dangerous situation, perhaps causing carbon monoxide poisoning if left unattended. The main controller board is acting wonky, while the furnace is at the typical EOL ""end of life"" stage and a s not as effective as a new system will be. I am now as the main board is acting wonky and the furnace is at the typical EOL ""end of life"" stage and is not as effective and efficient as a new system will be. We are now in the process of having ""Just Right Heating and Cooling"" replace the furnace, making our house more energy efficient and much safer when it comes to our heating and cooling needs.

P.S. Tom T, the Design Technician at ""Just Right Heating and Cooling"" is just as professional as the rest of the team at ""Just Right Heating and Cooling"". Based on his bid and suggested options, we did not hesitate to have them replace our entire HVAC system. They are the most professional, and provided us with the best bid for a new system. Highly trusted!

My A/C condenser fan motor went out. Called Just Right and scheduled an appointment. They came out and diagnosed the problem and wanted $1200 for a $200 part and 30 minutes of effort. I was shocked to say the least. We negotiated and they came down $50. I was desperate so I agreed. They left to get the part, but when they came back they said they were not going to do the job until I called around (which I already had, and they were the only ones available) then called them back. I told them I needed the job done now and wanted them to do it. They would not do it because they said I would give them a bad review because of their pricing. Which was absolutely correct. Summary - these guys will rob you blind, but will only do the work if you promise a good review. Avoid them like the plague!!

Sold is the wrong central air unit. The u it does not cool the house appropriately. According to 2 evaluations by two independent experts, did the most crappiest installation they ever seen. Leaks are every where! To fix it , it will cost thousands. Buyer beware! You getting scamed and be out of a lot of money. Warrenty was not honored. No star should be given
