They were fast. I called them in the morning and they came right out. The tech had a rude demeanor. I knew what was wrong with my furnace before he came out. I researched how much the average price would be for the job so when he told me a 500$ job was going to cost 1200$ I was confused. Asked him why it was so much and he tried to tell me I needed upgrades to go along with the part. He tried to hard sell me into doing it right away and that he couldn't fit me in if I didn't do it right then. I sent him away and paid the 70$ bid fee (which most honest companies will do for free). I went down to find another company to call from my furnace and he had covered their numbers up with his stickers and scratched out the number. SHADY. The other company that fixed it for me charged me 475$! Unbelievably dishonest. Do not use.

Have been on the monthly service plan with Just Right for a while, last night had to use after hours service as AC unit was not blowing. Called and spoke to their answering service and received a call back very quickly from the on call tech. Did some troubleshooting over the phone and could not get the unit working. Time was critical as we are quickly approaching the sale of that home. Just Right was able to provide a tech (Tony) quickly and had the problem diagnosed and fixed. The tech also did a through inspection to ensure there were no other problems visible. Monthly service easily paid for itself as we did not have to pay the after hours rate. Tony was friendly and very thorough.

Just had a new furnace and A/C installed to replace our old units that were 30+ years old. Tom Tallboy made an appointment with us, called when he was on the way, and showed up right on time. One of the main things I was looking for from an HVAC company was that they would do a detailed measurement of the home to determine exactly what our heating and cooling needs were. Tom did exactly that, and I immediately felt that I was dealing with a professional who knew his stuff. He proved to be most congenial, knowledgeable, professional, and did not pressure us at all. His bid was reasonable, clear, and complete. Installation was scheduled in only a few days, and Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very careful to not do any damage to the wiring and insulation in our crawl space area, and were especially careful to not damage any shrubs when hey installed the a/c unit. The entire installation was done in a very timely manner. They removed the old units, and very careful to clean up everything before they left. This whole experience has been excellent. Just Right Air is obviously run by people who are honest, and who actually care enough to sell a good product, do a good job, and provide good customer service. I will highly recommend them to my friends, and will use them exclusively for future HVAC needs.

The lady that scheduled our appointment was very friendly and the technician that came out for our furnace tune up was also very friendly. He called 15 minutes before he arrived, which was nice because we had a sleeping baby and two dogs that would have barked when he arrived. The technician did a good job and then recommended some other items that we could get for our house. Not pushy to sell anything, just recommendations. We will use them again in the future.

From beginning to end ""Just Right Air"" has worked as a seamless team. The maintenance technician (Jason) found a large issue, that led to the great representative (Jordan) that helped us choose the best HVAC system, that was followed up by our fantastic installer (Justin). The made sure the whole thing was done smoothly and professionally. I wish they could move into more home improvement needs then HVAC.

I called to set up an appointment, and the next day they were out to my house! They called before-hand when they were on their way (and emailed). They were very understanding when I said I would be a few minutes late. The technician was efficient and respectful. I don't know anything about heaters, but the tune up was needed as we were in a new (older) home! Ben, the technician, provided great feedback and information for us. Thank you!

I love how these guys explain everything that is going on with your furnace, what needs work, what doesnt. Tony spent almost 2 hours here just for a tune up. He showed me proper maintenance and suggested repairs that would help, but they do so without making you feel like you HAVE to do these fixes. They're just what they are, sugestions. They aren't pushy salesmen. My furnace is really old and he took the time to clean and maintain it, when most wouldn't even look at it for being so old.
