I called Just Right Plumbing and spoke to John. I described my problem and instead of charging me to come by, he just walked me through how to fix it myself, free of charge. Took about twenty minutes of back and forth, with me texting him pictures, etc. This guy is obviously from a different time, I will be calling him again when I have more serious work.

John and his company Just Right Plumbing deserve all the stars they've gotten. John completely stands behind his work, and is also a pleasure to deal with. After clearing my yard drains and laying about 65 feet of new pipes out there, the crew replaced a brick walkway in an uneven and unsafe way. John was out there personally the next day with a different worker, and he spent half a day on his hands and knees relaying the brick so that it was better than it had been originally. I'm so pleased that I found him and look forward to using the company again. I finally have a plumber I can count on.

His team was punctual every day and always cleaned up at the end of each day. I was referred to John years ago and am happy that I was. Had a drain issue back in the day, and his guys came out and handled quickly, efficiently and at a great price! In addition, John is incredibly helpful, friendly, honest and actually did the research for me when I needed to replace my old water heater. Although he didn't do the work (scheduling issues and i needed it done within a couple days), he called around for me to to see what would be the best for my needs and wallet. I had an issue with my radiant heating and scoured the internet for help- it took a while but I happened upon 'Just Right Plumbing' and boy I'm glad I did! John came over within an hour and went to work. He is a very pleasant man and highly capable. John assessed the problem and quickly fixed it without replacing anything- I mean he could easily have snowed me into a much bigger fix and upped his profit but he, unlike so many of his peers, is a talented,

The best plumber around. John has now been to my home a couple of times. First time was for the fridge. This time my water heater needed to be replaced. I shopped at Home Depot, got the quote for the unit and installation. Decided to call John to see how competitive they were. Glad I did. He bought the Rheem water heater then came over and installed it. Took about 2 hours. Everything was done perfectly. This guy is for real. Very knowledgeable and honest and a real gem. You do not find them like this anymore.
