We made an appt for them to come out to fix our Slant Fin ""Kicker"" heater in the kitchen.

After spending ~ 1hr trying to figure things out, he wasn't sure which of two issues it may be. He said he would have to schedule another appt to come out another day to spend more time to figure it out.

Problem is, that would be another day for me to take time off and I didn't have much confidence that he knew what was going on to begin with.

I called the office and after being upset and explaining to them the circumstance, the receptionist spoke to the owner and called me back and gave us a full refund.

I ended up wasting my time off and the problem still isn't fixed.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is they had enough common decency to issue us a refund.

Weird thing is...a week before the repair guy showed up, I specifically called their office and asked what if the guy can't fix the problem? am I still charged the $90 service charge ? The receptionist assured me that they know what they're doing and it would be fixed....apparently not.

Jonathon came out to fix a clogged pipe in my girls bathroom. I spent 7 hours with the last contractor to fix this issue. John was professional from the start. Came in assessed the job, told me his game plan, got his tools and went straight to work. Made sure he laid down pads so as not to dirty anything. Quite impressive. Finish in 30 minutes! Great job I am totally blown away! Just right is the best!
