Vlad responded to my request promptly and gave me an honest and accurate assessment via phone . I sent him pictures of my kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet and described the problems to him, and he advised me to replace them since it would be cheaper . He arrived on time and installed both new faucets for me and charged a reasonable price for the labor. He worked quickly, in a clean manner, and did a good quality job . He was respectful, wore a mask, and removed shoes before entering my home . I would highly recommend him .

This is a first for me. I was interested in replacing a drain pipe that my husband had put in years ago from the garage sink to the outside. It is not clogged or leaking. I just thought it should be replaced. Vlad was the first plumber to contact me. I explained my situation and he said that it sounded like there was no need to replace the drain pipe! He was so refreshingly honest. My husband passed away a few years ago and I could hear him saying the same thing as Vlad. Vlad was awesome! He was very quick to respond, and I hired him for two jobs.

The first was to make a separate line for my lawn irrigation and household water. We have soft water and wanted to make sure that the in-house and outside irrigation lines were separate. The whole job took him about 4 hours.

Vlad did such awesome work that we hired him to replace an extremely rusted outside water line/faucet. He completed this within about 2-3 hours.

Very satisfied and will look for him for future jobs.

Vlad responded quickly after 730pm when my kitchen sink was leaking a lot of water. He was wearing a mask and quickly identified the problem as well as another one I hadn't noticed. He fixed the leak and fixed the other leaky pipe and then quickly left out the front door wishing me a good night. He would not take my money. I tried to chase him down and he refused any payment. Have been searching and asking for quotes on Yelp and Thumbtack. We found him and set up a 1.5 hr. window for him to do a free visit. He came on time, his rate was at or lower than market price based on the other quotes I received, and I was happy with his workmanship and straightforward statements - he told us directly what he thought and didn't try to act like a salesman or a smooth talker, which we preferred.
My pipe had a leak behind the wall; he cut open the wall, and fixed the leaking elbow, which he believed was likely caused by solder paste that the installer didn't wipe off completely like he was supposed to after the job had been finished, which is highly corrosive and eats away slowly at the metal until there's a leak. It seems after the leak, the water soaked the insulation and induced corrosion higher up the pipe as you see in the picture.
He provides a 1 year warranty, and gave a recommendation to create a contamination area using a plastic sheet around the hole, the window, and the fan to push the moldy air out the window and dry out the wall for a couple of weeks, as well as to spray it with mold killer and let it dry out before patching it up. He stated he doesn't do wall patching and doesn't give recommendations for a contractor since he can't control their quality or pricing and doesn't want it to reflect on himself as a quality handyman with good prices. Total cost for the job was $300. I would definitely call him again for a future job, and would recommend him to others!

Earlier today I decided I would look for a plumber to fix a leaking shower head. I looked in Next Door to get a few recommendations and then went to Yelp to request a few estimates. Vlad was the first one to respond and I recognized his name from many positive Next Door recommendations. He was nice enough to schedule a time today and by 3 pm my shower was no longer leaking. He was super friendly, did great work and was competitively priced. I would definitely use Just Plumbing Handyman again.

I had a leak in my master bathroom faucet. I called Vlad at around 6 PM and just took a chance. He immediately said that he will come inspect the leak in 30 minutes. Not in my wildest dream, I ever thought that Vlad will come to fix the issue right away.

He arrived on time, inspected it and gave me a reasonable estimate. It required a new part so he promised me to come back next morning at 8-30 AM. He arrived right on time conveyed. He fixed it, cleaned it and made my life easier and happier. He's a very smart , skilled and qualified plumber.
