We had very low water pressure for a couple of days and when we called them they immediately set an appointment an hour later and came earlier than that. They diagnosed the problem, gave a quote and scheduled the service for next day. They solved our problem and actually made it better than before.

Quick response, quality work, got the job done and done right. It was a small solder joint leak on the recirculating line, but to get it done right, the pipe had to be cut, removed, replaced, aligned, prepped, and soldered back in. No skipping step or shortcut to it. And it was perfect and working properly again!

We had an oustide leak that required us to shut down our main line. A plumber took a look and left us hanging by telling us he had to talk to his boss and did not give a timeline. I panicked because my wife gave me ""the look"". I called numerous people but Vlad was very quick to respond. He diagnosed the leak and let us know the best and worst case scenarios. Vlad was honest and advised me that he could not perform the work if he couldn't find another person since it was a 2 man job. Vlad made some calls and made it happen! He completed the job in the same day when other companies couldn't do a diagnostic checkup until next week. He took the time to tell me what he was doing. Vlad is thorough with his work and even helped another issue with a backflow regulator at the end. At the end of the day, my water is working and I'm not sleeping on the couch.
