Tim is our plumber of first choice. He is honest and does great work. We have no trouble referring him out to other people and use Just Plumbing for all of our rental properties.

He is honest and when he is caught up in a big job he is forthright and communicates that his time of arrival is an estimate. As our go to plumber we appreciate this. He is our plumber.

One drawback, Just Plumbing is a small company so 24 hours 7 day a week service is not always available. For that we have another plumber from one of the majors as backup. But we ALWAYS call Tim first. We like dealing with him and so do our tenants!

When I heard water under my house I immediately came on yelp and found Just Plumbing. I first spoke with Kelly who was professional and very nice. She fit me in and had Tim out to my house almost immediately. Tim was great! Fixed problem in less than an hour. Was on time professional and barely charged me anything. I have been a customer of Just plumbing for over 11 years. They installed all my kitchen appliances, including the kitchen sink. At my restaurant they replaced all the plumbing underneath the 1850's building. Installed a grease trap. I call them for all my drain clearing needs.
Yesterday they came to the restaurant and replaced the faucet and sprayer. I had purchased all the items I thought I needed. Tim was able to save me a $100.00 by replacing some of the worn parts. They will help you to save money whenever possible. I never worry about sticker shock when I get an invoice. Don't tell them, but it is usually less than I expect.

Once you use Just Plumbing you will never worry about plumbing problems again. They do great work at a reasonable price and are very responsive to emergencies. Over the years they have fixed or replaced my toilets, garbage disposal, water regulator, leaky faucet and pipes, water heater, clogged drains, etc. They get the job done fast and right the first time. In San Diego. Excellent work. Recommended. 3 visits: first was to assess the problem,, 2nd to remove all plumbing fixtures under the kitchen sink including the disposal, and 3rd to reinstall the plumbing including a new disposal unit after the kitchen sink had been refinished. Plumbing cost was reasonable and was charged for just the 2 visits. Appointments were on time within the window provided. Tim did an excellent job of plumbing and provided a lot of good information about plumbing and repair work in general. Also recommended a good sink refinishing company who also did a good job. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Tim and his company to others. I expect to be in touch with him again if new future problems occur.
