Expert service from a polite and honest professional who prides himself on precision! Avo arrived quickly, provided a clear written estimate which exactly matched his phone estimate, and his expertise was obvious as he rapidly narrowed down the location. It was a tricky situation since the leaking pipe went under a deep concrete porch slab. Avo correctly determined that it was close but not underneath... his attention to detail saved us cutting into concrete!

I got an email from LVUWD stating that there is continuous water usage. And then my bill doubled. But I could not find the leak. I was able to make an appointment for him to come out the very next morning. He was very responsive and communicated very well. He came and it took him merely 15 minutes to find the leak. But that's not all. He was half the price of the other competitors that I had consulted with. He's very fair and very honest. After he was done and noticed that it was a leak coming from the pool he asked to do a follow up with my Pool Man and came out at no charge to figure out the problem. We are now looking for a pool leak that will take a week and he has been in contact with me and has offered to come back again after the next week. This was all for one price and doesn't charge anything extra. Avo is very honest and will not take it advantage of you. I highly recommend!

Our bill for water service had been high even when we were away from home for several weeks. It's true LADWP keeps raising their rates, but just to make sure we didn't have a large leak somewhere on our property, we searched online for a leak-detector service and found JUST LEAK DETECTION listed online.

Avo answered our call promptly, and since he was in the area he was able to come the same day we called. He was very courteous, professional and thorough -- explaining every reading he took and making sure we understood the implications. He found a few areas of concern but no significant leaks. It was a great relief to learn this house is still functioning properly. We highly recommend this company -- and especially the services of Avo!
