Liam M's review is on the mark. Avo came to my house and went through the process of checking all possible leak sources before telling me he had isolated the leak to my two toilets. He then explained what was happening to cause the leak in both toilets and went on to demonstrate how one of my toilets was leaking and its impact on the water meter. He told me what had to be done to stop the leaks. Great professional service.

Avo came next day after I inquired yesterday evening about a leak. He did quick math to figure how bad the leak must be based on my Flume report. Arrived right on time at 9:00 am and found the leak at 10:30 am after checking all locations to make sure no other sources of water loss. Dug up the area and recommendation that I relayed to the plumber, made the plumber's job extremely easy for a 30 minute repair. Very fair pricing $350 if intermediate leak was found or $150 for standard appliance leak or no leak found. Super honest, sweet guy and delivered results!

Avo is the best and most honest contractor I have worked with since moving to Los Angeles.

He was up front about what he may or may not find and originally didn't want to take the job as he thought he'd just be taking my money without any real information. We eventually connected again and he was able to come out and find what he could, but the most important thing he did was give me advice and an action plan moving forward.

He is communicative, honest and fairly priced. I'd happily work with Avo again and will recommend him to all my friends needing work.

Avo doesn't need yet another 5 star review because clearly he is already at the top of his profession. But when you get service of this high quality you have to shout it out. He spent an entire sunday afternoon with me, on the phone, helping me trouble shoot a leak, because he was away and unable to show up in person. And I had to beg him to accept money. That just doesn't happen anymore.

Ok, I just called and spoke to Avo! If I needed to use this company, I WOULD! Expert service from a polite and honest professional who prides himself on precision! Avo arrived quickly, provided a clear written estimate which exactly matched his phone estimate, and his expertise was obvious as he rapidly narrowed down the location. It was a tricky situation since the leaking pipe went under a deep concrete porch slab. Avo correctly determined that it was close but not underneath... his attention to detail saved us cutting into concrete!
