The plumbing industry is my chosen career for over a decade and four years. My previous employer that I was working for closed its doors so start my own business and I obtained my master plumber license, and proper insurance before founding this company last year. I have been employed by multiple businesses; the fees charged by service technicians are excessive. I operate as a solo plumber but no problem is too big to solve. I aim to provide cost-effective solutions and guarantee a job well done, I'm trying to build a business where I'm your plumber forever. Thank you,
Just-In-Time Plumbing Co.
Owner: Justin K.
Being 34 years old, I started my plumbing career at 20. I've been doing service for almost 9 years, prior to that, I focused on commercial plumbing. Just-In-Time Plumbing has worked on many new builds from the foundation up. I am involved in coaching football for the little ones in Buda. It's a lot of fun. I have two boys 7 & 10 that play football. Let's not overlook my wife, she is a CMA, we both work a lot to take care of business and put the rest of time into the kids. Sundays are reserved for worship; having faith is important. Fast forward to now, I'm 37 and two boys are getting older and business is getting better. And to that negative comment, I try and help everybody, I installed those two faucets for 100.00, also taking out the old faucets when the owner buy cheap stuff off the Internet since they often don’t perform as shown. So, I opted for new metal pop-ups investing $70 in aftermarket pop-ups.

Justin and his assistant really live up to the company name! I had another plumber work on the toilets in our house this week, and I discovered not long after the repair that one of them was leaking very badly. I was shocked that the other plumber would not come back and assess the situation for me, especially since I had just paid him a large sum of money and he knew I was leaving town for several days. I called Justin, and he came over and worked hard to get us all squared away before we had to leave. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Just in Time rocks!

Justin and his crew are awesome! Fast response and reasonable rates. Very relaxed and informative. He helped with picking out the new fixtures and made my dream bath a reality. Outstanding service!

YOU be the judge. Received a quote from Just-in-time to disconnect kitchen sink and disposal and bathroom sink so they could be pulled along with the
counter tops to install new counters and sinks in both rooms. Then, of course, once the new counter tops and sinks/disposal were installed, the need was to
be timely in re-connecting the plumbing so the down time would be minimal. The agreement for the completed job was some over 7 bills, somewhat pricey but,
everyone gets their pound of flesh these days, what can you do? Justin was accommodating in getting here for the disconnect the day before the new counters
and sinks were to be installed. Once that was done, he was back in a timely manner for the re-connect. However, we had ordered a faucet for the bathroom sink
that had not come in so, he hooked up the kitchen sink and disposal and we had to arrange for him to come back for the last hookup when the faucet came in.
So, he collected payment for $565.00 for an hour's work with the reminder that when the bathroom faucet came in, that would be an additional $150.00, and left.
When the faucet came in, we called him and again, here he came in a timely manner. So, where's the gripe?, you might well ask.
As it happens, the bathroom sink was a different, modern style. When he looked under the cabinet and saw how the drain from the sink didn't match up with
the drain pipe coming out of the wall, he was overheard saying something along the lines of "This isn't worth a $100 to me and he and his two man crew were out
the door. Total on site time something like 4 1/2 minutes. I had just walked outside ahead of him. He advised me I needed to find a plumber that worked on 1957
plumbing (year the house was built) and PUFF, he was gone in a cloud of dust. As bad luck would have it, I had just had a similar situation with the guy that
disconnecting the old countertop electric range and vent hood and was back to hook up the new range and vent hood. He discovered it would take about a 1/2 inch
shim by 42 inches which he didn't have, so he left. Now, everything had been paid for including his labor. The next morning, bright and early, I got a call from his company
advising me that because it was going to take extra work, they would need to collect an additional $163.00 before he would come back to finish the job. That little cheap
s.... episode on top of the plumbing situation made me determine I didn't want to deal with any more Prima Donnas so, I decided that somehow, I would get the job done
myself. All well and good were I some 50 years younger but no, I'm a 78 year old guy with arthritis in both knees and back. I won't even try to describe what it takes to
get down on the floor, manipulate up under a cabinet and work on plumbing. Of course, getting back up defies imagination.. Never-the-less, the job was accomplished
with a minimal amount of time spent in the process and I am not, nor have I ever been a plumber. In conclusion I will say that the positive points referenced at the outset
of this narrative were totally wiped out by that one act.

On septic. Toilets all backed up. JITP responded to my call instantly & came out on short notice late on a Fri night, like 9:45 PM, had line unclogged and working in a matter of minutes. Actually charged me 33% than estimate, so pleasantly surprising. I recommend.

We had toilet draining and running problems in both bathrooms. I called at around 10 that morning. They said they would be here by 1 since they had another call. However, they were able to be here even sooner than that (11:30). They repaired the clog issues and rebuilt the inside of the guest tank. They actually beat me to the house (I had run an errand). While they waited, they checked all the outside lines to be sure they were clear. Very decently priced, efficient and quick, and extremely personable. I will definitely call them again if we ever have another problem.

I called Justin because he was recommended by my neighbors, and now I know why. I called a few places first, and his quote was one of the lower quotes I received. I had a clogged sewer line, and he was able to come out 1 hour after I called him! He was very professional, honest and friendly. Once he came, he determined the problem was the city's responsibility, and recommended we call the city to come fix this. I totally wasted his time, and the fee he charged to come out was VERY low. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs we have! Thank you, Justin!

I had a stopped-up drain for a second time in my Austin home so instead of calling the plumber who cleared it last time I called Justin. He went there and cleared the drain but he said he got a lot of roots in the debris, and he suspected it was near the city line. So he called the city and arranged to meet them the next day (that alone is incredible) and he said they cleared the roots and installed a sheath, and I would need to remove some shrubs that were the problem. That's above and beyond my expectations. I would strongly recommend him if you are near South Austin. He's responsible. And his fees are fair.

Justin is great! We called during the night leaving a message and there was a text the next morning. By that afternoon they were working to fix the leak. They ran late but stayed until the job was done. It was a reasonable price actually cheaper than my husband thought it would be. The guys were great and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had a leaking valve under ground near the main shut off valve by the street. When public works looked at it they said that it was on my side and I would need to call a plumber. I called Just in Time at 9am Tuesday morning he asked me to text him the address and he would check it out. Around 10:30am I received a text message with 2 pictures showing me the leaking valve. By 11am the valve was replaced and the job was complete.
Great job! Highly recommended
Matt

Justin is great to work with. He is a straight shooter. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Multiple people recommended him to me to fix a leak under our sink. I will now recommend him to everyone. Thanks, Justin, for all your help!
