The plumbing trade is my chosen career for about a decade and four years. My previous employer I was employed by ceased operations which led me to start my own business and I earned my master plumber license, as well as insurance before founding this company last year. I've worked for other companies; the fees charged by service technicians are excessive. I'm a small one man company but there isn't anything that can't be fixed. I aim to provide cost-effective solutions and guarantee a job well done, I want to be your go-to plumber for life. Thank you,
Just-In-Time Plumbing Co.

At 34, and have been plumbing since I was 20. I've been doing service for almost 9 years, before that I did all commercial work. Just-In-Time Plumbing Services have done many new houses from the ground up. I'm coaching football for the 5-6 year old's of Buda. It's a rewarding experience. I have two sons, ages 7 and 10, who play football. And my wife is also important, who works as a CMA, we both dedicate ourselves to our jobs while prioritizing our children. We dedicate Sundays to our faith; faith is essential. As time has passed, I’m now 37, my boys are growing up, and my business is thriving. In response to any negative feedback, I try and help everybody, I provided the installation of those two faucets for just $100, and removed the old faucets when the owner purchased inexpensive items online as sometimes they don’t function as advertised. So, I opted for new metal pop-ups investing $70 in aftermarket pop-ups.

My main water valve was stripped and stuck in the off position which meant I had no water in my whole house. I called The closest plumber to me which was Just in time plumbing. I explained my problem to Justin over the phone and got an initial quote and then discussed with my wife what we should do. The next day I called Justin back and said I needed his help and I wanted to book him for my job. He came out within 20 mins and tackled the job. He dug out two feet of dirt and replaced a new valve and some other thing that I can't remember. He did an excellent job and his talent is worth every penny. He's my new plumber I wouldn't call anyone else.

Soon after the Memorial Day flooding our water heater started leaking, we realized it needed replacing. Searching for a plumber to install our new water heater during this high time in demand, Just-in-Time came to the rescue. We were so ever grateful! They were our rescuers that day! However, we had to call them for another leak on our property which they "fixed" when we were not home to supervise as we were out of town at the time. Our neighbor next door lost water to her house and called the water company to find the source of the problem. Our suspicion, and we believe the owner/worker of Just-in-Time agrees, they caused the problem. Sadly, our neighbor had to pay for the "repair" we ordered ($200). Another issue was a water leak between our fence line with this same neighbor going on since late April. Asked Just-in-Time for their assistance and their quote was $85 an hour to dig to find the source or dig-it-yourself and then we'll fix it. Wow - to ask a 71-year old man to dig a hole to find a leak so you can fix it. Really?

When my hot water heater went out, I called Justin. He doesn't work on the brand that I have, but still came over to relight the pilot so I would have enough hot water for basic necessities until I could get my warranty straightened out with the manufacturer and call their repairmen. He went above and beyond and even checked on me the following day.

Excellent experience. Needed an emergency plumber for a busted pipe in my front yard on a Sunday. He showed up on time, and had it fixed within an hour. Price wasn't too shabby either. So very thankful! I called a total of four plumbers, and none of the others even called me back by the time he was done. Great job.

We have used Just In Time Plumbing for home after the recommendation from several neighbors and now use him at a work facility as well because he is always the most fairly priced, always fixes the issue correctly the first time, and the most honest we have found. There have been a few times when he saw something that looked like it was going to be a future issue and rather than just letting it occur so that we had a future call to him, he fixed it. Even when it's at no charge because it's minor now but would have been major later.

Even when in Austin, he always arrives faster than Austin plumbers, once in an ice storm the first time we used him and pipes burst he was there lickety split.

Once I realized after he left that some of my jewelry was by the sink he was working on upstairs all around the sink including a decent diamond at that time. All still right there when he left as well. Because I had jewelry stolen once by a mover, that's a big bonus in my book to have the ability and the opportunity but show your integrity over monetary gain. All people should do that but not all do. It's locked up now after I did that twice, but kudos to his honesty in pricing and around things of value.

I also always find him to be professional and he always remembers our names and uses them--very friendly. He has had a few different assistants at times depending upon the job, all of them did a great job.

I'm selling my house. I have a nit picky buyer. I called a handyman in Kyle with 30 years experience to bring my gas heater and water heater up to code with rigid pipe and sediment traps. Long story short I wasted a week calling these "handymen" who didn't know what to do about it. I called Justin out of the blue after trying two plumbing places in Kyle and one in Buda. I called at 12:43 p.m. at 2:43 p.m. he sent me pictures while I was at work and he was done! I should have called him first now I know better.

Came out for a Saturday morning repair and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They were able to fix the problem and gave us advice for trying to avoid the issue again. Great service will definitely use them again and recommend then!

I am having a hard time believing the couple of one star reviews on Just-in-Time Plumbing. I had a great experience with them.

I had a water line break on a day that was about as miserable weather-wise as any in Austin. Justin was busy and surely no one wanted to work outside on this day but he still found an hour in his schedule to come out with his crew and fix my problem.

Justin is a warm, friendly kind of guy that you just can't help but like right away. His price was very fair and he is in this for the long haul - he wants the repeat business. As for those couple of nasty reviews: my experience was that Justin was polite, professional and very responsive. I highly recommend this company - I know I will use them again.

Btw, Justin never asked me to write any review; I am doing this because he was really good.

Justin is the best. He is honest, fair, and just an all around great guy to work with. He has walked me through things via text or on the phone when I've called at random times and he's been out of town. He always responds immediately, and he's never charged anything except what is reasonable. And when anything else goes wrong that's not in his domain, I call Justin anyway for a referral because 1. I know he'll help me out and 2. I trust anyone he trusts.

- showed up on time = ONE star

- however, UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement... maybe U should sell that giant gold chain and cross around your neck Mr. Plumber -- and take a class, or two, or three in ETIQUETTE

- your wrench side demeanor is a JOKE, people should pay you "$100" to go away
