Just-In-Time came to my rescue for the second time this year. Replaced a disintegrating kitchen faucet that was leaking badly and saved me from replacing the garbage disposer which I thought might be bad also.

Arrived right on time as scheduled, performed quick replacement...even came back and showed me how to clean out the aerator which became clogged shortly after they left.

Kudos to Justin, his main sidekick Eddie and also his son who was on 'ride-along-and learn'.

For plumbing issues they will always be the first callout I make.

Adding to my previous review, this time I had my own plumbing needs. My garbage disposal was spraying out whenever used and leaking under my sink. I've also been trying to ignore the dripping hose faucet outside. Called Just-in-Time last night and they were here by this afternoon! Less than 24 hours later I have a fully functioning garbage disposal and no more leaking faucet! He also put some insulation around the faucet since the weather has been so crazy and there's still the potential for freezing. Love this company! Very friendly and quick service. All the guys are very knowledgeable and do great work. If you have a plumbing need, these guys are the ones to call! Thanks Justin!

I want to HIGHLY recommend the plumbing company that came to our house and did an OUTSTANDING JOB in finding the problem and fixing it in about 1 1/2 hours time. AND - he charged a reasonable rate. So reasonable, I paid him extra for his services.

There was an urgent issue with the sink at my business this morning. After calling plumber after plumber to try to get someone out, I was settling on someone who could get to it at 6pm & was going to charge me an additional fee for same day service. Feeling desperate, I agreed.

Thankfully, I decided to call one more plumbing service...

1. This was the only service I called where the man who answered talked to me like a real person & not another invoice. I was panicking & instead of taking advantage of that, I was helped & treated as a friend.

2. He helped walk me through a temporary fix over the phone. He said if it didn't work, he could just come on over right away. Thankfully, it did work. Now the issue isn't an immediate emergency. We will still have to figure out a true solution, but the quick fix helped me eliminate a safety hazard.

3. He also gave me a few theories on what the issue could be, one of which he was able to explain to me how I would be able to handle it myself. I am truly appreciative.

Just In Time Plumbing has 1 more customer as long as I am a resident & business owner in Austin. Thank you so much! Definitely definitely recommend...

These guys came when the most recent freeze hit when no one else would! They arrived after hours and on a weekend. Their prices were reasonable and they were finished with the job within an hour! They had all the parts needed. Give them a call before calling the 'big names'

JustinTime were great! Called them very late evening they texted back said they would be at my house in the morning before 8am and they sure were. They assessed the situation they gave us a very reasonable price we had a broken sewer pipe!
They repaired it, all is good...I definitely recommend them!

Justin and his assistant really live up to the company name! I had another plumber work on the toilets in our house this week, and I discovered not long after the repair that one of them was leaking very badly. I was shocked that the other plumber would not come back and assess the situation for me, especially since I had just paid him a large sum of money and he knew I was leaving town for several days. I called Justin, and he came over and worked hard to get us all squared away before we had to leave. I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Just in Time rocks!
