I love supporting small businesses but when they lack professionalism and have no customer service skills I'd rather deal with a bigger company. If you want to be treated right don't go to this guy he will basically leave you stranded!

This company was scheduled to come out to replace our water heater today and cancelled at the last minute with no reason and he was really rude and short with his responses.

I was in a mega-bind after my toilet conked out, and Justin helped me out immediately. He responded to my inquiry in minutes, gave me an estimate over the phone, and got me the toilet I wanted cheaper and quicker than if I'd gone through Home Depot (would have taken a month to show up and I literally had no toilet).

Him and his crew showed up on time, were super polite, efficient, and even cleaned up a mess that wasn't their fault! They did a beautiful job.

They turned a horribly stressful situation into a wonderful one. I highly recommend and am so thankful I found them.

Very professional and conscious of social distancing and mask considerations. We had two water heaters replaced along several with other plumbing projects throughout the house. Work was done in short order and quality of workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to use Justin for any of our plumbing needs.

It's kind of ironic they're called "Just In Time". Had an appointment to have my main sewer line inspected and cleared. Confirmed the 1PM appointment via text around 9AM. Made my way over to the property and waited a half hour before inquiring if they were still coming by via text. After getting no response, I texted 5 minutes later and told them not to bother coming. Only then did I get a text that they were stuck on another job. I get it; these things happen. But a text either saying they were delayed or even rescheduling would have been the professional route. Instead, I wasted half my afternoon and still didn't get the job I wanted done handled

I sent a picture of the job request. Justin quickly replied. We scheduled for the next morning - on a Saturday! He safely changed out a gas pipe and while he was at the house, he also fixed a running toilet. The price was very fair and the service was exceptional. He knows his trade well, and I would definitely use him again when I need to.

If I could give Justin 6 stars, I would! He is a true expert at his craft. He's honest, trustworthy and communicative and always charges a fair rate. As a landlord living in California, I can't tell you how valuable it is to have someone I can count on from afar. He saved me thousands when he helped me detect a mysterious pipe leak that others were telling me needed to be examined by sonar equipment. He's come through in a pinch (after hours!) multiple times to help me provide better service (and hot water) to my tenants. Justin is as good as they come!

Phone was answered on the first try and appointment scheduled for the next day and price was on par with other plumbers contacted.

Replacement of my pressure regulating valve was completed without any difficulties and explanations of things given.

Justin was also very communicative via text when I texted him regarding another potential problem. He replied after business hours!

You be the judge. Justin and a helper showed up at my daughters house to install a replacement water softener. The plumbing for the replacement softener was already in place from the previous defective softener. All they had to do was connect the new softener that was already available at my daughters house. They arrived at the house and installed the softener BUT did not program the softener or turn on the power making it operable and functional. Told my daughter she would need to handle this set up? She's a nurse! Not a plumber. They were at her house for 40 minutes and charged her $300. When I called them this morning about coming out to finish the job Justin tells me " we install these but do not program and make ready for using. He then became confrontational telling me that I need to contact the manufacturer and figure it out myself. He then went on to tell me that if he came out to finish the job and program the unit he would charge an additional $150. I told him to just forget it. Last time we will be calling this company for sure.
