My garbage disposal broke after living in our new house for only two years. So, I called Justin from Just in time plumbing in Mountain View and he was extremely helpful and professional over the phone. He tried to help me problem solve over the phone and then he sent Ryan out to fix it. Ryan was extremely nice and also professional. I had an upstairs toilet leaking last week down into the kitchen ceiling - suspected that it was coming from beneath the toilet. Spoke to Justin, he asked me a few questions and then sent Ryan over the day after. Very thorough, very efficient - Ryan not only fixed the wax seal, but also put in a new hose that connected the toilet fill valve to the inlet. He then proceeded to clean up everything and sealed it. Excellent work at a nominal price.
Today I called Justin again because I had a leak underneath the sink coming from one of the tubes connecting the water filter. Rather than send someone, he coached me via text how to remove the tube, cut it and insert it to fit tightly. After a couple of tries, voila - it worked. Shows a plumber who cares and does his job perfectly.

We had a leak bubbling up in our backyard. Contacted Justin and ask him to come out to give us an estimate. Although he couldn't come out immediately, he still communicated through text and ask me to check my irrigation system....viola! Problem fixed! Greatly appreciate that he spent the time to troubleshoot issue for me! Highly recommend and will use for future plumbing issues. Awesome customer service!

Justin And Justin-in-time Plumbing have exceptional service. I own a home in Redwood City and have used them a couple times. They show up on time and do a clean work. I've seen them use a level for every section of pipe to make sure it is straight and plumb. Its art just to go and cover it up! It's nice to see a contractor take that much pride in his and his crews work. I mean how often do you look inside the sheet rock / walls? If you do, I know you will get what I get every time. 100% customer satisfaction.

We had Justin install three earthquake shut-off valves for three homes in our community. Although the job was done properly, we didn't like his handling of a simple problem we had with one of the valves. Instead of trying to fix the issue which could be resolved either over the phone by him giving basic instructions to the homeowner or simply stop by and reset the valve, he tried to put the blame on the valve and/or others. If you're looking for professional plumber that keeps supporting the homeowners after the work and shows respect, look somewhere else.

Called to schedule an appointment to unclog bathroom sink drain. Spoke with Justin wo set an appointment to come out. Ryan was assigned to the job and I received a text from Justin saying that Ryan had finished previous job early and would be able to show up sooner. I enthusiastically agreed. Ryan came well prepared with all needed equipment and was able to snake out the drain within a half hour. Price was reasonable and I received a copy of invoice via email.
Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. I will be calling Just In Time for all my plumbing needs from now on.
