Justin to the rescue (again). Got up yesterday morning to no hot water. I contacted Justin and he was already on a job but said he'd be by early evening. Sure enough, 6:30 he rings the bell, part in hand and within 30 minutes he had the hot water heater up and running. This kind of service is what makes Justin-In-Time Plumbing a consistent 5 star business. Thank you!!

I needed to set up my tankless water heater, and Justin did everything perfectly and quickly! He also pointed out issues with our piping that are under warranty, which will save me lots of money. He arrived on time for our appointment, was incredibly nice throughout the entire appointment, and explained everything, each step of the way. I called this plumber based on the Yelp reviews. Very strange response. A man who sounded unwell answered the phone. I described my problem, a blocked pipe, and he said he was too busy to come today. When I asked if he could come tomorrow, he hung up without answering. I won't be calling Just in Time Plumbing again since their 'service' is so rude.

I called Justin for my water heater repairs. He is very responsive. His team did a great job, more than what I expected.
In my five years of repairing different things at my house, this is my first time paying per hour rate. I thought he is expensive. But, it is really worth it. His team don't waste even a single minute. They are very efficient.

Needed a repair on my master bathroom toilet. Looked on YELP and there was my answer. I spoke with Justin and he made an appointment for this morning at 8:30. Punctuality is so important to me and Justin nailed it. He was even a bit early. Did the job in a very professional manner and communicated effectively with both my husband and me. Justin and his associates rock! He immediately responded to an email I sent late at night, and through a series of exchanges helped me diagnose the problem with our hot water heater. Then, the next day, he found time at the end of his long day to come by and repair the problem. Price was extremely fair, especially given all of the back and forth time he spent the night before, explaining the issue and my options. If I'd followed the advice I received from several other so called ""experts"" (including from the tech support desk of the water heater manufacturer), I'd still be waiting for parts, and would still be taking cold showers. Brrr.

I've recommended Justin before, and will continue to do so.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this company! I called for a low water volume issue, which the city claimed was likely a clogged or broken PRV, and it was fixed the next day. The price was about half of what I figured it would be. Also, this was done after hours and in the rain. Most plumbers would have pushed the job to the next day. I highly recommend Just-In-Time Plumbing!
