Justin and his assistant came by and saved me thousands! Our water heater was working intermittently for about a year and throughout that period, I had a couple of other plumbers telling me that it was probably time for a new water heater. Justin seemed to be the only one who took the time to diagnose before performing any work; whereas, others seemed to perform work as a ""process of elimination"" sort of thing. In addition, Justin was patient enough to explain to me how things worked and why he was doing what he was doing. Ultimately, all I needed was my burner assembly replaced, a part that only cost me about $125 (not including labor). It's been 2 weeks since Justin visited and my water heater has been working without any issues. I would highly recommend this team for water heater concerns and will personally look into working with them for future plumbing needs.

I'm that person that never leaves reviews for anything good or bad, but I felt like I needed to leave one here for this company since I found them via Yelp. I read the reviews for this company after looking at other agencies and couldn't find anything wrong so I just took that leap and was very impressed. They picked up the phone right away, let me know that they had an opening that same day later in the evening, called when he was on his way, and actually came during the time frame that he said he would!!! A win win all the way around. We had a leak in the laundry room that was sending or water bill through the roof. He came and promptly replaced the faucet and gave us information for another company to help with the water damage along with another company that does home repairs which is something we've desperately been looking for someone to do! Thank you so much for your prompt response and quick fix. We will definitely be reaching out to you for any plumbing issues! And when they say affordable service it truly was! I was expecting so much more but was relieved when it was a price within reason!

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

We had a leak and reached out to Justin based on his reviews on Yelp.
He swing by the next following week to inspect the property and came back a week later to get it fixed.
The service was done professionally but we were overcharged for the part cost by 2.5 times from what you can buy it yourself. When I asked about it - he explained that he had to put a mark up fee and used some extra pvc (up to $10 in materials or free leftovers), get it ordered/delivered, etc. 10-20% mark up makes perfect sense, but not 250%.
Other than that everything was good.

Justin is unlike any other plumber I've ever met. Not that others aren't any good -- Justin just happens to be leaps and bounds better.

He's incredibly knowledgeable, which is the most important thing to me due to the investment in our house, and the safety & longevity of what he did for us. On top of that, he's always on time.

With all the work he did for us, he's a welcome member of the family, to include my daughter and dog. He's polite, courteous, and very hardworking.
