After having a lot of plumbing work done, I found I had been double charged for 1 item. The said they would credit it back, then tried to credit back less than I paid. The following day, a hose bib they installed would not close, spewing water all over my patio. Then I found out they lied about the 25 month financing (turned out to be 12 month). Their brochure showed the finance company offering 25 months interest free. Later the finance company (Service Finance) informed me they do not even offer a 25 month option. Used to know and like the owner, but will never use this company again. Horrible experience!

Just in time has been just wonderful to us, as we've located back to Sandwich, IL from California. As a result, I have opted to entrust Just in time to manage the maintenance of our home (purchasing a package). They offer a variety of services ranging from Plumbing to HVAC. They are very fair with pricing and offer some payment plans, making their services reachable and affordable for the hardworking folk. They have a very dedicated office staff (Amber, Gen, Alysse, and each and every one of them), who are always very communicative, accommodating, honest, and kind. Their technicians and field staff are wonderful too! Each and every person that has entered my home from this company has been very well trained, knowledgeable, able to explain options, trustworthy, and kind. Anthony (Tony) just in times main plumber has completed significant work for us, he's been wonderful to work with, even quickly diagnosing and correcting a water softener issue which had been caused by another vendor (who went to wrong house), with minimal charges of replacing salt. Again, without hesitation, I highly recommend Just in time for your home needs! We will continue to support this growing business as their loyal customers, in return for the wonderful treatment and deliverables we have received! It's important as a community and surrounding communities that we support our small businesses, as this brings local necessary services and creates jobs for our very talented pool of trades workers!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with Donovan and Matt from Just In Time HVAC company. They came to my house to look at my water heater. Within a minute they diagnosed my problem, then they explained different options that would fit my needs and my budget. They made it very easy, and after they explained the ease of it, I went for a tankless water heater. They set up an appointment, relit my pilot light, and even noticed that I was having trouble with my furnace exhaust pipe, as it was nearly had no rise to it, which he explained could cause carbon monoxide issues. He brought new pipe when he came to do the main job, which I might add they fixed as part of the overall job for free! Donovan was always looking to make sure his new work and my existing work would be safe and efficient. He noticed my intake gas pipe was only hand tight, he fixed that. He was always working, spotting, and figuring out what was the best for each spot, while Matt used his youth and strength to effortlessly lift everything up and down from the truck to my basement and back. Overall an amazing job, with a price point over a thousand dollars less than other quotes. If you have a heating or air issue, I would highly recommend you call JustInTime first and have them out. Well worth the time, well worth your money.

Rude to a potential customer. I wasn't even given the opportunity to come inside before I had a rude girl come out reprimand me for being parked for literally 2 minutes. Disgusting threatening to tow someone after such a ridiculous amount of time. Maybe wait for somebody to be parked for five minutes before threatening them.

Just in time installed our new front door and storm door. Irv and Jordan did an excellent job! After the door was finished they explained everything I needed to care and operate my storm and front door. They were very knowledgeable and took great care installing both doors.
