No hot water on Friday afternoon. Late. Almost evening. OH NO!

Called Just-In-Time Plumbing and made an appointment for a technician to come out the next morning. Yes: Saturday morning.

Richard knocked on my door the next morning. We went upstairs to my recalcitrant hot water heater. He carefully, using words I understood, explained the possible issues and his proposed fixes, then got into the guts of my machine, pointing out what he was doing and what why at every step. Great guy; patient, really knowledgeable, careful and meticulous. And all for a very reasonable cost ($185), *especially* considering it was Saturday morning.

I'm very impressed with this company in general, and Richard in particular. Just-in Time Home Services will be my go-to for plumbing problems from here on out.

These guys were super nice, staff returned my phone call promptly and they came same day. They found the problem with clogged toilet quickly. He was here for maybe 30 minutes and it was $165. They had to use a specific hand held contraption and he said that is a flat fee. I know plumbers are expensive but this seemed high to me. I would give them five stars for service but wish they would reconsider their pricing structure.

Justin is our ""Go to Guy"" for any kind of Plumbing or HVAC issues. We used him twice and found his price to be reasonable. More importantly I know that he is knowledgeable, competent and reliable. I have confidence that his work will be done properly and that customer satisfaction is a priority. So far he put in a septic tank for us and repaired our furnace. On the septic tank replacement, Justin's solution was technically superior and more cost effective than the other two bids I had. On the furnace, he showed up on time and replaced all the hoses (Not just the ones that had failed) and cleared the drain line.

I discovered that my water heater was leaking and called Just-in Time for help. I got an appointment for an estimate,and when Richard came over,he was very knowledgeable and gave a good estimate. The next day, Justin the owner, and Richard replaced my water heater and they were great at explaining what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Justin runs a very pofessional business from scheduling to cleaning up after their work was done. I was very impressed and since I am going to be needing to replace my heater and maybe install an A/C unit, I already know to call Justin. He has earned my business. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Justin came and diagnosed my furnace. I felt that he was honest and I appreciated that he explained everything even though I didn't ask him. He repaired my furnace for the fairest price you are able to get with a PROFESSIONAL. After he left another part went out and he was nice enough to throw it in for free since it is the Holidays. Had a water leak under the house and thought it was an expensive broken sewer line, Justin came right on time and quickly found that a broken on ground gutter was at fault and there was no service charge!!

I had to put in 70 feet of trenchless sewer pipe to fix my system. This is an expensive procedure and Justin was not the lowest bidder, but I went with him because I could communicate with him better than the low bid, and he seemed trustworthy, experienced and reliable. I am happy I did. There was an unforeseen snag in the project, but he and his team took care of it no problem. Kristen was easy to coordinate with on the phone and made sure I knew what was going on. They are rightfully proud of their business and want to grow it the correct way, by taking care of their customers.

I feel I was ripped off.
On Jan, 2014 My heater was working on and off. So I call "" Just In Time"" heating repair to come and look at my unit. I like to use small local businesses to help support my community. I was told over the phone that to check my heating. It would be a Ninety Dollar service call. If they do the repairs that would be taken off the bill. OK with me sounds fair. Justin shower up at the end of the day. 4:30 and checked my heater. It took all of 10 minutes for him to find the problem. He called someplace to see if they had the part, and get an estimate of the cost.

Said it was SIX Hundred Dollars plus labor. He did ask if I wanted him to fix it. It was winter and cold. What do I know about repairing this that is why I called to have a professional. He said it was to late to get the part but would come back in the morning with a replacement. The heater needed a Igniter control board. Justin returned in the morning and replaced the part. two screws and two wires another 15 minutes.
Here is why I feel cheated. I did not know what an Ignition control board was Never saw one. I did get two price's on the replacement part. One was just about $100.00 buck. and on E-BAY 60.00 bucks.

The total bull was $685.00 after he deducted the $89.90 for the service call.
Total actual working time both days 25 minutes. That is some profit margin. I would say over 600% markup.
I would never in my life ever trust or recommend this company to anyone.

Found this business n Yelp after the company who installed our heating was no longer servicing furnaces. As it turned out, Justin, then with a different business, had installed a new septic system for us a few years ago and did a great job.He was prompt, efficient, helpful and friendly. He solved our problem with our heating system in no time--and provided us with a drawing of our septic system from memory.

I found Justin from the Diamond Certified list. Our heater stopped working on a chilly November day and Justin came out the same afternoon. It turns out we needed a new Circuit Board. To make it challenging, we also have a hard to find Circuit Board, so Justin's wife Kirsten picked up the unit an hour away. Justin came back at 6:30pm and installed it the same night. All for a fair price. This company has amazing customer service. I found them both so incredibly nice, authentic and their prices are really fair. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
