Justin and his team are amazing! They're friendly, prompt, skilled, and reasonably priced. They've done plumbing repairs and improvements as well as HVAC work for me, and they're consistently great.

My introduction to Just-in Time was after another plumber told me my problem was septic, not plumbing. Although Just-in Time does septic work, too, in this case it was a simple plumbing issue that Justin spotted immediately and fixed on the spot.

I can't say enough good things about them. (And Justin's wife, who handles making appointments among, I'm sure, many other things, is awesome, too! So friendly and capable.)

We have used Justin twice now and wont hesitate to use him for any future projects. They are quick, efficient and the price always beats the other quotes and bids we get from other companies. Needed emergency help with our water heater at our rental. They came out as promised which is huge for me, worked with me Over the phone since I was not onsite and tenant let them in. Business was conducted smoothly, efficiently and got a new water heater installed same day so our tenant would not be without hot water. Highly recommend.

Justin is the best and his name says it all... We had a water heater go out on a Friday afternoon. I called several other plumbers and no one works on the weekend. I got a hold of another company and they quoted $2,200 for a new water heater. Justin came out and repaired the water heater for $185 and did it on a Saturday. He has a great office manager, Kristen who makes the whole thing easy and convenient. I definitely recommend Just-in time...

Kirsten and Justin the owners are amazing. We had a major issue with our septic system. They showed up on time, early actually. Justin diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the job was much larger than originally expected. The job would have been done the same day as their work usually is, however our system was a bit older so some parts had to be ordered. Once all the supplies were here they got the job done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend Just-in Time Plumbing. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

No hot water on Friday afternoon. Late. Almost evening. OH NO!

Called Just-In-Time Plumbing and made an appointment for a technician to come out the next morning. Yes: Saturday morning.

Richard knocked on my door the next morning. We went upstairs to my recalcitrant hot water heater. He carefully, using words I understood, explained the possible issues and his proposed fixes, then got into the guts of my machine, pointing out what he was doing and what why at every step. Great guy; patient, really knowledgeable, careful and meticulous. And all for a very reasonable cost ($185), *especially* considering it was Saturday morning.

I'm very impressed with this company in general, and Richard in particular. Just-in Time Home Services will be my go-to for plumbing problems from here on out.

These guys were super nice, staff returned my phone call promptly and they came same day. They found the problem with clogged toilet quickly. He was here for maybe 30 minutes and it was $165. They had to use a specific hand held contraption and he said that is a flat fee. I know plumbers are expensive but this seemed high to me. I would give them five stars for service but wish they would reconsider their pricing structure.
