I called to get a quote on installing a new valve (provided by me) on the incoming water line. As I was trying to explain that it could be installed either at the PEX line after the meter or the galvanized line (1.5 years old) going into the house, the lady on the phone cut me off and said ""I don't mean to be rude, but I don't know plumbing or understand what you are saying."" She then quoted me ""probably $600-800"", well over double what others quoted. This is to cut 6"" of pipe & thread it (worst case scenario); no major materials since I already had the valve. Needless to say I went with someone else. 1 hours worth of work & I spent $140. I'm sure they do fine work, but either they charge wayyy too much or they need someone who can give an accurate quote.

Thank you Just in Time for fixing the gas furnace! Your 2 repairmen were great. They showed up on time, were through in reviewing the issues and told me what was wrong so I could understand completely. They returned when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up and the heater looks great and works great!
I would highly recommend this company for being on time, cost and thoroughness.

Justin and Kirsten is a great family company and one of the most honest people I have ever met in the business. I had issues with my furnace and got a couple quotes to replace it. When Justin came in, he told me I actually didn't need a new furnace like all the other companies told me, he found that the problem was actually in my thermostat. He didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. They just gained a lifetime customer and I will let all my friends and family know that they are honest and reliable!

We had a leak in our water line running under our (long) shared driveway and hired Just In Time to repair it. They did an excellent job and the end result was great. We were actually out of town when the work was happening but were always kept informed of the progress. Kirsten sent regular updates including pictures and overall the experience with Just in Time was great. Highly recommend.

This company sued me for $10k (after amending original suit to reflect further damages) and lost. They lost. They sued me over the 2-star review I wrote. Please read it. The ordeal started in late January with a certified letter, then a visit from the sheriff, then another certified letter, and was only concluded on March 21, in Small Claims Court in Santa Rosa. It was a stressful ordeal. It really was. And I still kept the review at 2 stars throughout this stressful ordeal. Also, I opted NOT to countersue, instead trying to take whatever high road there is in situations like this. After the lawsuit, however, and the petty, personal attacks, hurled at me, and this purportedly professional service provider casting aspersions on my character and integrity, I have no choice but to amend my rating to 1-star. They tried to intimidate us from the outset. It was bullying, plain and simple. I can't adequately overstate that. But please, draw your own conclusions about what kind of company this is. I, at least, will be filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau.

I used Just-in-Time Home Services today for the first time for a plumbing repair at a rental property of mine in Sebastopol. Both Kirsten and Justin were helpful and accommodating to me and my tenant. What's more, when I called Kirsten to settle up with my credit card after the job was done, she said that Justin told her the work was completed for less than originally estimated, and my bill was $125 less than I was expecting to pay. It's a real breath of fresh air for a landlord to find an honest, competent and reliable company like this one. I will definitely be calling them again.
