We had a leak in our water line running under our (long) shared driveway and hired Just In Time to repair it. They did an excellent job and the end result was great. We were actually out of town when the work was happening but were always kept informed of the progress. Kirsten sent regular updates including pictures and overall the experience with Just in Time was great. Highly recommend.

This company sued me for $10k (after amending original suit to reflect further damages) and lost. They lost. They sued me over the 2-star review I wrote. Please read it. The ordeal started in late January with a certified letter, then a visit from the sheriff, then another certified letter, and was only concluded on March 21, in Small Claims Court in Santa Rosa. It was a stressful ordeal. It really was. And I still kept the review at 2 stars throughout this stressful ordeal. Also, I opted NOT to countersue, instead trying to take whatever high road there is in situations like this. After the lawsuit, however, and the petty, personal attacks, hurled at me, and this purportedly professional service provider casting aspersions on my character and integrity, I have no choice but to amend my rating to 1-star. They tried to intimidate us from the outset. It was bullying, plain and simple. I can't adequately overstate that. But please, draw your own conclusions about what kind of company this is. I, at least, will be filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau.

I used Just-in-Time Home Services today for the first time for a plumbing repair at a rental property of mine in Sebastopol. Both Kirsten and Justin were helpful and accommodating to me and my tenant. What's more, when I called Kirsten to settle up with my credit card after the job was done, she said that Justin told her the work was completed for less than originally estimated, and my bill was $125 less than I was expecting to pay. It's a real breath of fresh air for a landlord to find an honest, competent and reliable company like this one. I will definitely be calling them again.

Took the guy 5 minutes to fix furnace with small part he wouldn't tell me the cost of. Charged us $400. Seemed shady. Would not recommend.

We recently had to replace our failed furnace and we called Just-In Time Home Services based on a recommendation we got from a social media site. We're really glad we did. Justin came out, reviewed our situation, and came up with replacement recommendations. He and Kirsten answered all of our questions in a pleasant and timely way, and even gave us some tips on how to improve our chances for passing the HERS inspection. We followed their suggestions and did pass the HERS inspection after the installation of the new furnace. When the inspector from the City of Sebastopol came out to perform the building dept. inspection, he was very complimentary on the quality of workmanship of the installation. We definitely recommend Just-In Time Home Services.

If I had to do it over again, though, I think I would pay the extra cost for a two-stage furnace. Just-In Time offered us the choice of a two-stage furnace, but we declined. Instead, we chose a single-stage furnace, which is what we had before. Our new furnace is operating perfectly, but the two-stage version would probably save us some money on our PG&E bill in the long run.

If you are looking for a furnace repair or replacement, I would call Justin first.

I was desperate when I called him. He came out the same day, sent me a written quote for a new furnace within the hour (he gave me a verbal estimate while he was here) and was able to come out the next day to install a new furnace. It sounded louder compared with my old one, and Justin spoke with the manufacturer to see if there was something he could do about reducing the noise, and there was...and so he did!

He's a great guy, responded to me immediately and gave me heat back in my home, all at a reasonable price and with a smile on his face.

Our hot water heater broke last week and we contacted Just-in Time late Thursday night. We got a friendly response almost immediately and they were able to come out the next day to install a brand new tankless water heater. They were all super friendly and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them.
