Communication was great, the work was done thoughtfully and as expected, and the cost wasn't outrageous like some other vendors. He did scratch the floor just a bit when installing the in-floor outlet, but I could tell he felt so badly for it and he was very apologetic and so thoughtful and kind. He gave us a good idea of what to expect, was easy to work with, and showed up on time the day the work as scheduled. After completing the work in the time estimated, he and his assistant checked all the light switches in the house to make sure all the circuits were working properly and scheduled the final inspection for us. In short, highly professional and open to all of our questions throughout.
