Ian from Just in Case Plumbing just left after a service call this morning to fix a failed bidet. He replaced the shut off valve too. As well as snaked a bathroom sink. He was professional, competent and pleasant. He'll be back soon to replace a garbage disposal. I am happy to have a plumber on my list of great contractors!! Tyler was great to deal with too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys were sloppy, late, and all around horrible to deal with. They used my tools at my home without permission, did not do contracted work that was up to code, and failed to get permits to do the work they were hired on for. Then they tried to blame me for not getting permits, when they mentioned if any were needed I'd be billed for them at the end (which I wasn't) Always last minute scheduling when they came to the house to work, next to zero communication for weeks at a time. Site manager was fired mid way through and no one through to let me know. Horrific experience, would absolutely stay away at all costs. Cost me hundred of dollars in extra work to fix what they did. They have been reported to municipality and the better business Burough.

JIC performed stellar work at my home replacing a defective water (air) tank. Justin (the owner) came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted a fair price for what was involved. A few hours later, Jeff and Randy were hard at it, and my problem was solved. They were good men to work with and did a great and very neat job. I highly recommend this company.
