On a holiday weekend, Josh came out to find out what was causing a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He was able to diagnose the problem and make it, so I still had water in my kitchen. The pipes we had were incompetent. Josh was able to do copper pipe replacements that were done to perfection. He worked clean and made sure at the end of each day my home was left tidy.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. During the process of fixing the water pipe between the meter and the house at our Boca Raton home, their team pulled up the pavers in our driveway. Upon completion, they did a very poor job putting the pavers back in place, and we therefore received a Violation Notice from our HOA. We asked Josh to have someone come and get the pavers back into shape at least to where they were before the project, and he refused to do so. They are also quite overpriced. Take your business elsewhere, trust me...

DO NOT USE Just get it done Plumbing no matter what!!! I had a leak outside of my home and called Just Get it Done Plumbing to handle it. While they were pricey compared to other plumbers, I liked the wife/office manager and just wanted it done. They came today to do the job and I was at jury duty, I work full time and had a crazy day. I did not get to check my garage where my water heater is until just now. The whole area of the garage is in disrepair. My pool float was moved and the workers placed a metal luggage rack on it and ripped it. My other luggage has a rip in it, I have a heavy carpet that I can not lift and they just flung it and left it laying on the floor. When I called to tell the employee how upset I was at the disarray, his response was, """"IT WASNT ME IT WAS THE OTHER GUY, I DIDN""""T CLEAN UP"""" Talk about blaming someone else and lack of customer service!!!! They require payment upfront via Zelle and I just learned a huge lesson. I wish I never sent the second payment as there is no recourse. I explained what happened and JOSH the owner basically called me a liar and said he inspected the clean up. Additionally, they never checked my backyard hose and plumbing. Meanwhile, he dropped by and left before the clean up, so really who is lying. Do not use this company - use a company that is honest and where you can pay with a credit card in case of dispute. Huge lesson learned here. And since I have been posting this, the owner, Josh just emailed me this, """"We ask that you cease and desist and remove all negative reviews and comments at this time or we will be forced to take legal action."""" Lastly, I find it sad and ironic that two hours after I posted my review, suddenly 2 reviews for this company were also posted. There were never any reviews until mine. Do you think the owner is Guilty or what? Calling his friends to write false good reviews after mine? Not only that, but he read all my reviews - the majority of them positive and decided to cherry pick one about my deceased Mother and post it publicly all over Facebook. The owner JOSH is very unprofessional. Feel free to email me about him at any time - [email protected] Update on my review - It is 3 weeks since the company was here and now my meter is flooding and my entire front yard and sidewalk are flooding. This is now a huge legal matter.
