For me they are simply Cheaters. I went there to look for the hose for the faucet I thought it was Moen, but they knew right away I was wrong and it was actually Hansgrohe. They have it, and asked for the credit card, I gave him my card, and he without speaking out the price charged me $75, and said it was with the discount. Several minutes later I found the part I needed on Amazon for $20, and the set they sold me in Lowes for $50. I called them and asked if I could come and return it right away, but they said no, beause they don't except the returns.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in, was a big sign that said ""ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS!"". Okay, I thought, I've only seen that with auto electrical parts, but okay. I had called ahead after checking with the big-box stores who couldn't help, and DIG THIS: a referral from the plumbing associate at Home Depot!
They were pretty sure they had my parts, they said. I ran over and got a faucet handle cartridge and collar. Well, both were very similar, as I found out when I worked on the faucet, but not quite right. I took a picture with me and they exchanged the cartridge for the right one, and ordered the collar for overnight.
I'm very satisfied with a very good experience, these are straight-up guys with the skill and knowledge to assist with anything tricky concerning faucets. I'd recommend them to anyone, and their showroom is something to see if you have an eye for that sort of thing, as I do.

I must agree with a previous poster that their customer service is horrible and their word is no good. We needed another faucet cartridge and brought the faucet brochure and installation instructions to the store. The store representative reviewed the paperwork and assured me that the $110 part he advised me to buy would fit. He also assured me that even though the store sign said no returns, he would give me my money back if it was not the right one.

It did not fit. It was not even close. It should have been clear to anyone who has been in the business as long as they have that it would not fit. The part they sold us did not have the threaded hole described in the instructions. There is no question that the store representative knew the part would not fit when he sold it to us and was just interested in separating us from our $110. When we brought the part back, they would not give us a refund. They refuse to help find the correct part and they would not give us store credit. They admitted that we had given them the faucet brochure, but denied reading it. When I told them that i relied on their expertise when I bought the part, they said that they weren't experts in faucets.

This business has been in many northwest suburbs before settling in Arlington Heights. I think they were probably run out of town after complaints about their business practices surfaced.

Joe, a so called plumbing expert, could not help me find the correct part, would not give a store credit, and told me to find the part number my self and he would order it. Thanks, Joe, but no thanks. I will just tell everybody about how poorly this store helps its customers.

I can not blame Joe entirely, because his boss was was next to him helping another victim...ah I mean customer. The boss was no better than Joe. Stay away from this store. Go to Home Depot, the Internet or Ebay...Any place than Just Fools, ah.... I mean Faucets.

The customer service from Lou is terrible and they renege on their word in business. They are very unreliable!

I own a house built in 1956-57 and have gone to this business several times in the past two years for parts. The owner, Sherwin Kite is very nice. However, his word is no good.

THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS NOW.

It is stated on the receipt but Sherwin the owner told me two months ago he would accept the part back and refund my money if it was the wrong part.. In the past, Sherwin has accepted returns from me due to the part being the wrong one. The last time I was there two months ago, I was told by the owner, Sherwin, that I could return a plumbing part if it was the wrong one for the toilet.. With an old house you never know if it will work in your plumbing. The licensed plumber I had to install the plumbing part said it would not work with my plumbing and installed a different part. So today I called JUST FAUCETS to be sure Sherwin was there and was told by him they changed their policy now and will only do exchanges. This was not what he told me when I bought the part. At the time of purchase, Sherwin assured me I could get a cash refund even though I pointed out that the receipt said no refunds. He said he would do it for me as I had made numerous trips to the store and several purchases and had so much difficulty in matching parts for my old plumbing. Now, I am out $54.00 as he has reneged on his word and I am stuck with a part I cannot use.

Also his assistant, Lou, is very rude, surly and closes the store early without notice when Sherwin is not there. He is very reluctant to help anyone and just tells customers , they don't have the part or they will have to come back if he decides to close early. He tried to get me to leave after I drove for an hour there for a part as he wanted to take a friend to the train station. When I wouldn't leave, he then told me they didn't have the part even though over the phone he had said they did.

WARNING: call first before you go and brace yourself for rudeness if Lou is waiting on you!
