I've had a couple of plumbing issues over the last 3 years and I called Derrick who came out and helped us come to a solution. Communication was great and he came over when he said he would. Our first plumbing issue was replacing a grohe shower cartridge sent by the company. We had our bathrooms remodeled just 5 years ago but within 2 years the handle was not turning smoothly. The replacement was pretty quick but finding an actual plumber that was knowledgeable and had experience in Grohe faucets and parts was difficult to find. I called a couple of companies and most did not touch Grohe as the mechanisms were too complicated. One recommended Just Faucets! Our 2nd visit was the same issue, the shower faucet wasn't turning again within 8 months so we knew it was a defective part (no wonder the faucet was discontinued) and no it wasn't hard water. The faucet is fairly new and we also have a water softener. The only option was to replace the valve by opening up the wall behind the shower and replacing it with a new valve and faucet. Derrick was able to fit us into his schedule the following week and the work was done in a day. Our new faucet is working perfectly and no arm wrestling with it for a shower! See video posted. This week my kitchen drain wasn't draining water and I called Just Faucets. I thought it was an easy snaking of the pipes but it wasn't. Long story short we opened up the stucco outside and found a separate leak due to old corroded pipes disconnecting as well as dealing with the regular drainage issue. Derrick replaced everything with new pipes and made sure there were no leaks detected. We are very happy with the work performed and clean up afterwards. Definitely a full-five star rating for Derrick. My kitchen faucet started leaking, so I called him. He was nice enough to rearrange his schedule so that he could come sooner to change my kitchen sink faucet to the new model I had ordered. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, removed the old faucet quickly, & installed the new faucet right away. He did a quick cleanup and was on his way to the next appointment. I contacted Derrick due to leaking issue with our toilet. Before finding Derrick, I have been searching the internet to find people who had experience with tankless toilets. I was unsuccessful! He came and took a look at our toilet initially. He told me he did not specifically work on the model we had in the past. When he left our house, he took initiative to contact manufacturer and learn more about the toilet. Few days later he contacted me back and said he should be able to fix it. He came back and was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed the issue that we were dealing with for months. What I really like about Derrick was that he took initiative to proactively figure out a way to help us. He went out of his way to research and come back with a solution. I could not be thankful enough for his dedication and commitment to his work. Highly recommend him. Rare to see someone taking care of things in this way.

Had to install a new faucet for my tub, the previous owner decided a sink faucet was a good idea (it wasn't). I had another company quote as high as $700 and a few others that wouldn't even touch it. Derrick's rate was totally reasonable and the install was quick. Highly recommended.
