Definitely a full-five star rating for Derrick. My kitchen faucet started leaking, so I called him. He was nice enough to rearrange his schedule so that he could come sooner to change my kitchen sink faucet to the new model I had ordered. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, removed the old faucet quickly, & installed the new faucet right away. He did a quick cleanup and was on his way to the next appointment. A friend of mine in Cupertino highly recommended Derrick to me. And now I am very happy to recommend him to others. He is very professional and very efficient & a very pleasant, friendly person! I contacted Derrick due to leaking issue with our toilet. Before finding Derrick, I have been searching the internet to find people who had experience with tankless toilets. I was unsuccessful! He came and took a look at our toilet initially. He told me he did not specifically work on the model we had in the past. When he left our house, he took initiative to contact manufacturer and learn more about the toilet. Few days later he contacted me back and said he should be able to fix it. He came back and was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed the issue that we were dealing with for months. What I really like about Derrick was that he took initiative to proactively figure out a way to help us. He went out of his way to research and come back with a solution. I could not be thankful enough for his dedication and commitment to his work. Highly recommend him. Rare to see someone taking care of things in this way.

Had to install a new faucet for my tub, the previous owner decided a sink faucet was a good idea (it wasn't). I had another company quote as high as $700 and a few others that wouldn't even touch it. Derrick's rate was totally reasonable and the install was quick. Highly recommended.

He identified a tough problem correctly in seconds.... My shower faucet was just on. He found the right Grohe/european cartridge, replaced it and
