I contacted Derrick due to leaking issue with our toilet. Before finding Derrick, I have been searching the internet to find people who had experience with tankless toilets. I was unsuccessful! He came and took a look at our toilet initially. He told me he did not specifically work on the model we had in the past. When he left our house, he took initiative to contact manufacturer and learn more about the toilet. Few days later he contacted me back and said he should be able to fix it. He came back and was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed the issue that we were dealing with for months. What I really like about Derrick was that he took initiative to proactively figure out a way to help us. He went out of his way to research and come back with a solution. I could not be thankful enough for his dedication and commitment to his work. Highly recommend him. Rare to see someone taking care of things in this way.

Had to install a new faucet for my tub, the previous owner decided a sink faucet was a good idea (it wasn't). I had another company quote as high as $700 and a few others that wouldn't even touch it. Derrick's rate was totally reasonable and the install was quick. Highly recommended.

Derrick, and his son, Isaiah, replaced my tankless water heater, corrected the purge valves for that water heater, installed plumbing for a washer hookup, cleared debris from all faucets and even fixed my garbage disposal. They were on time, quick to reply to email/text, and were great to chat with. Looking forward to recommending them to my friends and family.
