Larry was excellent for our drain issue and I'll absolutely rely on him and Just Drains in the future when something comes up. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the home plumbing, and came prepared with all the possible tools. He diagnosed the problem by asking lots of questions and then doing small fixes and tests first, to make sure that we did the easiest / least expensive things first.
He fixed the issue (backed up sink in the basement) and told me to call back if the issue repeats, rather than trying to upsell me now.
Larry was also respectful and pleasant. He called when he was 10 min away and made sure to use our back basement door so as not to disturb family dinner time upstairs. He explained things as he went, dropping a bunch of tips (we are first time home owners) and had a good sense of humor.
The cost was much less than I was fearing - and he just earned a long time customer!

Terrible experience. $450 to snake one drain, non emergency. Guy was snaking beyond the clog because the sink would fill immediately when you turned the faucet on but he snaked from the clean out down. He never turned on the water to check the clog (or asked). He was taking apart a second drain when I stopped him and asked if he had checked the top on the impacted drain. Surprisingly, when he did he found the problem. $450 is just an insane amount for a scheduled hour and a half visit. When I called and asked he said it was so expensive he told me raining out (evidently they're not supposed to go out in the rain, must make emergency services difficult) and they had to take a drawer out of the cabinet that has the sink in it, I watched them do that, it took less that 3 minutes.
Hate leaving bad reviews, I never do it, just feel like this cost way too much money.

I returned home from vacation and found my downstairs bathroom in the early stage of backing up from a clogged main drain. Was only going to get worse so I looked up main drain cleaning on google and gave this company""just drains"" a call. Guy on the line was nice and said he had a truck near my location and they'd be here in an hour or less. In roughly 35 minutes the truck arrived. Andrew got out and introduced himself and we proceeded to the scene of the backup. After taking a look at the bathroom and the drain access pipe he quoted me what he planned to do and how much it's going to be. Once I said to proceed he brought in the drain snake and fed it into the main drain towards the direction of the street, he pulled it back out and showed me how he was encountering roots from a tree in my front yard and then removed them from the snake and fed it back in a little further and brought out more, eventually he stopped and we checked if the pipe was no longer backed up which it wasn't after his snaking work. So I was very relieved and satisfied with both the quick response and the successful outcome of the visit by the Just Drains employee. Would recommend them based on my experience.

Excellent company, excellent results. I had four other drain companies to my home in Plymouth and none could solve the problem. Larry and Just Drains came and got the job done. Solved a major problem for me.

Larry and the folks at Just Drains have bailed us out (literally) twice in the last 2 years when our main drain was totally clogged. VERY quick response time (tonight he was there less than 90 minutes from when I called--on a Friday night). He remembered our house, got the job done quickly, thoroughly and efficiently, was INCREDIBLY pleasant, kind, respectful and with a great sense of humor. He'll email and call for a followup to do a root treatment for us in a couple of months. I would absolutely trust these guys to do a great job--maybe not a cheap price, but certainly a fair one! (you get what you pay for)--I recommend them highly!

Came out same day, unclogged the drain as promised and at the price agreed to.

My house is set back off the street and most companies that do unclogging do not have the length snake to clear the blockage, Just Drains had that equipment standard on their truck.

I would recommend and use them again.

Wonderful service! Larry was kind, helpful and extremely professiinal. I loved his upbeat personality. Would use him again with any future ( hoping not though) issues. Just waiting on the warranty to be sent as promised but very happy with his service.

Just Drains saved me a lot of money! I am always very skeptical of drains companies and plumbing in general because its hard to understand the issue since you cant see inside the drains but Just Drains put a camera for a very reasonable rate and showed me all the issues i had in the main sewage line --wow! what an eye opening experience. I got 4 quotes for the same job and Just Drains saved me over $1k -great experience, something that could have been a nightmare ended up being a pleasant experience because of Just Drains. I highly recommend this company!

Two stars are for prompt phone call answering and to schedule time for same day service.

After given quote which is reasonable, my husband and I decided to have drain cleaned. It took about hour or so to get the main drain unclogged. I was so surprised to see the final cost that is much more than the quote I received at the beginning. Larry (I guessed) explained to me what that cost for without alerting us before the job could be done. Sorry but I feel I got ripped off. I wish I could give this company more than 2 stars but I still couldn't sleep with two eyes closed after I paid that ridiculous bill.
